Funding + New Promo Card
We're currently over 89% funded with 9 days to go! We're actually at $8,958 to be exact, which means we're only $1,042 away from our goal :D. That's incredible! We're getting really close to funding.
If we all keep pushing (sharing the campaign on social media, talking about the game, posting on BoardGameGeek.com, etc.) than we should be fully funded in no time!
We've been receiving around $400 a day and our goal is to fund by Wednesday! If you can help us make up the $300 difference by sharing the campaign, and talking about the game than we'll add another alternate art promo card (which will be new artwork for the dirty sock card).
Also, thanks to everyone that has been tagging us, writing about the campaign and liking our social media pages. We've got a ton of likes on our FB pinned post on the Atheris Games page and over 30 new followers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram this past week!
Since we're close to funding we wanted to share our stretch goals again. What stretch goal are you most excited about?
Kickstarter Art Contest
We're still looking for masterful artwork and stories posted on our BoardGameGeek.com storytelling forum post here. So far Andrew is the only one that has posted any stories.
We've had a few local gaming stores back our campaign. We're incredibly proud to work with friendly local gaming stores (FLGS). We purchase a majority of our games through local stores, play there regularly, and try to support local stores as they are the front lines in our business. Local gaming stores help demo our games, share our brand with their customers and grow the hobby. We just wanted to take a moment to highlight one in each update.
In this update we have Adventures Underground in Richland, Washington. Adventures Underground has a great selection of games including those from indie publishers and even have a shop dog, Charley.
Any of our retail backers who would like to be featured please email us at email@example.com with your store information.
Other Kickstarter to Back
We're avid Kickstarter backers and truly want to support other creators. In some of our updates we will provide you with links to other campaigns we felt looked interesting. In this update we have Home on Lagrange by Grizzly Games. The artwork, and graphic design looks amazing and the game looks fund. We also always look to support first time creators.
Though, we encourage checking out these other campaigns we always recommend doing your own due diligence as well.
Check out Home on Lagrange now!
We added a new review to the campaign from the Unfiltered Gamer. He shows a little bit more about the gameplay and a typical turn. Though, we also got one of our copies back from the Dice Tower so we can do a full game play through later this week.
As always thanks so much for supporting Atheris Games!
We cannot thank everyone enough for their support. We love seeing the social media avatars across social media platforms, be it Facebook or Kickstarter. We are also humbled by all the shares of the campaign link. We're so proud to be a part of this amazing industry, and none of it would be possible with out each and every one of you.
We appreciate you and will take all feedback into account. Please reach out with any comments, questions or concerns!
