Over the past few years, I have been given the opportunity to review hundreds of some of the most expensive timepieces on the market on my popular YouTube channel, WatchesOnYou. Since many of these watches far exceed the budget of the typical consumer, it was my goal to create a watch with many of the features of these watches, but at an affordable price. The watch that I created was inspired from the vintage racing chronographs of the 1950s and 1960s. In addition to including a tachymeter for the determination of a driver's speed, I also included timezone and unit conversion scales.
-Chronograph (with Sweep Seconds Hand)
-Tachymeter Scale on Dial
-Timezone Scale on Caseback
-Unit Conversion Scale on Caseback
-Stainless Steel Case
-Lumed Indices and Hands
-Movement: Seiko VH64
-Diameter: 40 mm
-Thickness: 12.2 mm
-Lug Width: 20 mm
Risks and challenges
-In the event that we receive a much higher number of orders than anticipated, there will
potentially be delays in the shipping process. This is unlikely as the maximum production
capacity far exceeds the number of watches that would need to be produced if the goal is met.
