This project will only be funded if it reaches its goal by Tue, March 5 2019 10:02 PM UTC +00:00.
We started Hip Peaz in June of 2018 and have participated in many pop ups and markets through out Texas. And with every event, we would hear the same thing. "Where is your restaurant?" "Where can I get this all the time?" "When are you going to open up your own spot?" The demand is definitely there and the time to open up our own spot is now. The vegan community in San Antonio are the best group of people we have come to know and love. Many of them we are honored to call friends. And we feel that they deserve a bit more of a variety when it comes to vegan restaurants. We are both 100% vegan and serve 100% vegan food.
For these events, we have only been able to serve one(maybe two) dishes at a time. So we're looking to get our own spot so we can offer more than just a couple of items on a daily basis and not just one day or evening. This is what your investment in us would provide. A trailer and the means to operate the trailer efficiently. We are offering something good for the community and the reward is the look on people's faces when they try it. Whether it's for the first time or a return customer, the reaction has been the same. And the response is usually the same, "This is vegan?" We love hearing that. Yes, this is all cruelty free so being able to provide this on a daily basis would be a dream come true.
With your investment, comes rewards. Just an FYI for people who have never heard of us or what we provide. Our ksogood is our vegan queso. This is our baby, our precious that has fooled even the non vegan customer. And they have bought it, multiple times from us.
We thank you for looking at our story and most of all, we thank you for your investment in Hip Peaz Vegan Eats.
Risks and challenges
Once our goal has been reached, our journey doesn't end there. There are always factors in running a successful food trailer. Location-We are in contact with a few real estate friends of ours to look for the idea spot for us to drop anchor. The condition of the trailer-we also have friends that are contractors (I'm pretty handy as well) that are ready to help turn this trailer into our dream.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
