Beta Feedback Info
Consider this mini-update an amendment to your Containment beta / final key email. In the second round of emails sent out, the following section was not included in your email when we meant for it to be included. Sorry about that. Here is a quick guide on the kind of feedback we're looking for.
Thanks for your help!
The Hidden Path TeamSubmitting Feedback
Feedback should be sent to containmentbeta [at] hiddenpath [dot] com and should include the name of the level you’re describing and your final score. Critiquing specific waves is very helpful especially in cases where a wave felt too difficult or the wait time between waves seemed unnecessarily long. Instances of confusion, anger, boredom, anxiousness, and hopefully fun are also helpful when identified by wave number. Here is an example of helpful feedback:
Level 3, score 61,018 This level took me a few tries to get a sound strategy. I initially didn't utilize the rightmost portion of the map but started pathing the aliens there and found this to be a solid build strategy. The Racers in wave 7 seemed a bit too tough.
The wait between waves 12 and 13 seemed long. Wave 15 was really tough and I had to go back to the previous checkpoint a couple of times to get past it. I had neglected to upgrade the forward towers earlier which would have taken out the Seekers before they started spawning Lurkers, so changing my strategy rectified this.
Wave 18 was too tough having two Turtles carrying two Juggernauts apiece seemed over the top. I had to use the Orbital Laser in order to survive this wave.
In the last wave I chose not to upgrade my two Cannon towers by the exit and I was sweating a bit when the last Rumbler died just as it was about to hit the exit. That was a good ride. Overall this was mostly a fun level but the difficulty of Wave 18 kind of spoiled the experience.
