Hey guys, my sense does not pair anymore with my phone. I need to change the wifi network, but I cant. I already opened tickets for support by app and site, but I didnt receive any answer until now.
For those of you who haven't received your Senses yet, I hope it's a small consolation to you all that the product isn't really that great, and doesn't work as well as advertised. Before long, it became nothing more than a fancy paperweight, and my wife and I really don't have much use for our device anymore.
Truth be told, I've gotten much more accurate sleep readings from my Fitbit, which isn't even a dedicated sleep measuring device in the first place.
I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend lol i've been broken up with my girlfriend for over two years now, when are these lame alarm clocks showing up? �
I did not received my reward either.
I am surprised and disappointed at the Kickstarter's Team lack of leadership in dealing with situations like this.
I still have not received this item. It seems that some people have, and others have not. Does kickstarter provide any protection for those people that get scammed by any of these projects? Is there any way to get a refund? How do we contract the vendor?
in my opinion this device air quality sensor is not usable at all. in all years it show the same air quality. it dont change on opened windows or other acitivy. in other room is smart home camera with air quality sensor and it shows very good air quality and changes on different activities in room.

However, there *were* other features that were promised for the original hardware (e.g. playback of noise disturbances, accurate sleep-cycle measurement) that still haven't been implemented with firmware upgrades or "machine learning". Perhaps those other missing features will be possible with the new hardware version, if Hello doesn't cheese out on the sensors a *second* time.

So I recently went ahead and took apart my Sense and discovered they used 5050 LEDs.
This got me thinking about how I could make something of my own using the Sense body and LEDs. See here (https://www.youtube.com/watch…) for the initial proof of concept running on a Arduino Mini Pro. I plan on using a Adafruit WICED Feather, as well as various sensors, for the finished hack :)
I'm surprised this device still performes worse than the Sleep Cycle Alarm clock app, which costs only 0,99 dollars. The smart alarm is useless as it always goes off at the latest possible time, even when I'm clearly awake and moving. The sensors for noise and light are useless as you don't need a sensor for that. There's no recording for noise during the night. And I'm still quite concerned about health issues by sleeping so close to the sensor.
i haven't receive anything till now. i think this is a fraud. why would kickstart allow to keep 5% while allowing this kinda creator to use this platform to con us?
