@Calibors. The Heavy Gear Universe level includes free shipping for Canadian, US, and International Backers in wave 1. Its just if your a Backers in the UK or European Union that we move ship in wave 4. So that we can consolidate all those backer reward packages and ship them to Wayland Games who will then forward them using Royal Mail to the backers. This has been done to save the UK and EU backers the high VAT you need to pay over there.

The only few niggles I've had with this kickstarter was Universe level states Wave 1 delivery (with no atserix reffering to an ammendum that UK/EU backers will get them wave 4 as stated elsewhere in the campaign), that and being asked to pay when I'd already paid :P - I can happily wait for these and the payment thing a simple error.
Other than that, extremely smooth going and great communication. Very honest and easy to deal with, had another mishap with the pledge manager and it was rapidly sorted out by DP9 :) really greatful for the ability to have added to my pledge with items from the store as postage/customs is always a bugbear. That and DP9 listening and acting on feedback on the renders, top notch. I'll take longer waits over customs any time.

@Plague Beast. We announced during the Kickstarter that all Canadian, US, and International Backers other that those in the UK and European Union will ship in there shipping wave 1 to 3. UK and European Union Backers will all ship in the 4th shipping wave as we'll be shipping all their orders as a consolidated shipment to Wayland Games in the UK who will then forward them using UK Royal Mail to the Backers. This way UK and EU Backers won't have to pay the high VAT.

Here's hoping you follow common sense and send out all the international pledges first and then the local ones so they are all hitting about the same time! There's nothing more frustrating than seeing all the US backers post pics on fb etc 're getting their pledges and us overseas backers still waiting for them to be sent

THIS is how a Kickstarter update SHOULD be! Palladium could take lessons
