Have a question?
@Liam - So glad to hear! They are available here: https://cratestyle.com/products/noble-deck
Are additional decks available anywhere? I love mine but would love to have a spare or two to give as gifts.
@Andy - my apologies for the delay in your shipment. It gets a bit harder to keep track of orders that come in later. Your package was sent our yesterday, so you should receive if shortly. Thanks for your patience, please let me know if you have any questions.
@Tony - Your comment was placed within minutes of filling out the survey (5/11), this is probably why you haven't received anything yet. http://pippic.com/image/CrdD Your package was sent out yesterday, so you should receive it within a few days. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks for the support!
Never received anything
Never got my deck. What can I do?
@everyone - I'm so glad to hear you've been enjoying the deck! I'll be posting an update soon, just waiting on a couple things. Hope everyone is enjoying the holidays.
@steve - the uncut sheets are shipping separately. I order the tubes about 10 days ago and will have those in the mail as soon as they arrive. Thanks for checking in :)
The decks arrived a few days ago - They look great. Have NOT received the uncut sheet. Have the sheets been shipped?
Arrived December 22nd, all good.
Beautiful decks....THANK YOU
Mine decks just arrived today here in The Netherlands, they are pretty awesome. Thanks for this KS and the awesome decks.
Got mine today. Beautiful deck, feels incredibly natural in the hand.
Got mine in the UK today, thanks for a really great job :-)
Got my deck yesterday. Love the embossing and cards are incredible.
I received the deck today. It looks really nice. My family was marveling over the quality. The Noble Deck was the talk of the day.
What a surprise. I got my decks in the mail today and they look great.
@Tri - Not yet, it's coming soon though. :)
@NialP - Everything is still on track. I've been emailing USPCC every week to check on the progress and address any issues. So far they have stuck to their early December deadline. We are prepared with everything else to have a quick turnaround shipment. Thanks for checking in!
@Sophie - I'll be sending out the survey very soon. I typically wait until we're pretty close to shipping the product. When we send out the survey too early, sometimes things change on our end, where we wish we would have been able to include something else. Or, more often, backers will want to make changes to their order which can make delays. Rest assured, everything is still going as planned. Thanks!
Survey? It's almost December!!!
Hows everything coming along? Do you have a clearer idea of ETA's yet?
Hope all is well.
Has the Survey gone out yet?
@Nanci - Thanks so much!
@Bryan - Everything is coming along. We're been going back and forth with USPCC getting the proofs perfect. The cards have all been approved and we should be getting the tuck proof today (just emailed yesterday to check up on this). Everything is still on track for expected shipping dates.
@Derrick - Survey will be coming soon. I usually try to wait until it's closer to shipping time, just to avoid back and forth adjustments (ie address). Thanks!
Survey coming soon?
So, how is it going?
Good luck Jason!
@Nick - Once we have the cards in production, we'll send out surveys to everyone. This is where you can enter the shipping information. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for backing!
How would you know where to ship since it never asked me for my address?
@Richard - Just messaged back. You should be all set. :)
Sent you KS PM and on Facebook (look in Messages Requests on the messages box). Hope you can answer before campaign done. (Hint...poster website.)
@Ray - Thanks man. I don't think I saw a message come through on FB. Maybe try through Kickstarter?
@Sophie - I'm also sad about the white deck, maybe it could be a sequel, after the black deck is released. Thanks for backing! :)
@Safetypin - I wish we could have made the white deck as well. I would recommend the back up though ;) Thanks for the support!
Yeah, really wish the white deck were an earlier stretch goal. I would definitely pay for an second deck if it were white, but I'm not super interested in 2 black decks. Although, I suppose it would be good to have a backup.
So sad that there won't be a white deck :(, but super excited for the black decks anyways :)
**correction, ive send you PM in fb.. :)
Hi Sir, i did send you a DM in IG ..
Thank you for your awesome design. Love it !!
@Richard - very exciting! Only one week to go!
Congratulations on just barely getting over your pledge goal! Keep the pledges coming in.
@Fasr - I definitely like the idea. I've been working with a few suppliers to get a Gold Dealer coin made, but I think it's just going to be too expensive to make it work for this project. It's a similar story with the poker chips. I could probably add a single chip, but it would be too costly for me to add entire custom sets for the small number that would likely be interested. I'm still looking though. I'll be sure to post an update if we get anything like that added. Thanks again for the support. Let me know if you have any other questions or suggestions.
Are there any plans to add "poker chip" tier to the kickstarter, where poker chips would be included in the package?
@James - Yes sir, if you've backed the collector's box set level, additional decks can be added at $10/deck. Thanks so much for your support! Let me know if you have any other questions.
I pledged for the collector's box set, but I'd also like a couple decks as an additional pledge add-on, so I have some I can open & enjoy. Is this possible?
@Lynne, I agree! Hopefully the second version makes it. :)
It would be great to have a deck of another color so when using two decks alternately they don't get mixed in together by mistake.
@John - That's wild! Is your search engine still up and going? I would love to take a look.
Database programming. I built a full-text indexer before Google came online. My first website was a search engine. I preferred mine to Yahoo, which was the leader at the time. If only I had the Stanford Business Incubator behind me, like Google, I could've been a billionaire. Oh well. Life goes on.
@John - Haha, so true. What a time to be alive. What type of programming to you do?
I'm a computer programmer. Though nowadays the computers program themselves.
@John - Thanks man. Are you an illustrator by chance? It looks like you have a lot of nice projects yourself!
Those are some fine looking cards.
