UPDATE: To Keep You Up to Date
SHIPPING: To buffer Float Shelves in their white boxes against damage during shipment to the U.S. and to you, I've decided to order custom-made, tight-fitting, cardboard outer boxes to better protect the Float Shelves while in transit. Using protective outer boxes means we won't have to repackage each boxed Float Shelf in a larger shipping box with additional protective padding here in the U.S. This will save us time and money when we do our final shipping. That's good news!
The bad news is we'll lose some time in China, 2–3 weeks, while the outer boxes are manufactured. However, we'll save some time when we do the final mailing here in the U.S. When we receive the outer boxes and combine them with the white boxes for shipment we'll send you details about the ocean freight shipment.
REFUNDS: The bad news is I had to spend the money I'd set aside for refunds on the protective outer shipping boxes. The good news, however, is that I'll have enough funds from cash flow in about two weeks to begin making refunds in earnest. To date, I've only made a handful of refunds to those of you who ordered a Float Shelf for an older, thick-edged iMac or Apple display, and I apologize for not making refunds sooner. Please rest assured that everyone who needs a refund will get a refund! I absolutely guarantee and personally promise that everyone will be made whole in the next few weeks.
As always, please feel free to contact me by email or phone if you have any questions or if you have any particular issues I should know about.

P.S. I'll be in Las Vegas next week exhibiting at a trade show, so my next update will be in about ten days. More soon... – SK
