1. Address / Mobile Number
Address issue still remains. A few of backers still did not share their personal information. We still do not know what these backers do not confirm all the issue. In order to complete our delivery to all backers, we really need your information. Please send us your address and mobile number through message!
2. Water Leakage Issue
There is an issue that the water leakage happened at the bottom of the Planty(3 out of 600 units). In order to solve this and provide better service, we requested the backers to send us back the product. With retrieving the faulty product, we resent the new product, instead. It happened due to the injection process. We have reported all the problems and symptoms to our manufacturer in order to improve the quality.
3. App Renewal
Backers reported dissatisfactions with Mobile Application. Therefore, we have decided to renew the mobile application in terms of UI and UX. Sorry for not meeting your expectation from the beginning, however, we will try our best to improve the App as better as we can. If you have any further suggestion or feedback, please sent it to email@example.com. New version of Application will be released in the early of June.
4. Other issue
Based on your kind and bitter feedbacks from backers, we are pouring all the efforts to improve the product in many ways, including package, manual, and other material. We believe that we can show you the better result afterwards. Thank you.
