All's Well That Ends... in OblivAeon!

Hello again, everyone!

I'm back again, and with good news! OblivAeon has shipped to everyone. As far as the GTG warehouse knows, all of OblivAeon and the related mini-expansions, promos, boxes, and more have all been shipped to all of you fantastic backers, as well as those who ordered other places like BackerKit and through our webstore. Hooray! That's thrilling, right? What a journey!

Now, I know that some of you are less than thrilled, like the folks above when they met Voidsoul. You might be thinking, "EXCUSE ME! That is NOT thrilling! I don't have mine yet..." And, if that's what's happening, let me say: I'm VERY sorry. Shipping errors do occur, and there have been a pretty comparable percentage of them on this campaign to other campaigns... but the number of backers here makes that a painfully large number. So, again, I apologize to anyone who still doesn't have their OblivAeon rewards. I'm going to lay out now how we're going to fix that.

First off, if you're in the EU, contact Spiral Galaxy Games, our fulfillment partner there, by e-mailing: Let them know what you're missing, or what damaged stuff you have, and they'll take care of you.

For the rest of you, I've got two options.

First, I have this handy form to fill out if you've not gotten anything yet. Note: this form is only for if your entire order is missing. If you have certain pieces missing or damaged parts, this form is NOT for you. If that's you, fill this form out and we'll ship your games to you!

Second, if you've gotten your order, but you're missing some pieces OR you have damages, use this other form. Note: this form is for individual missing elements, not for entire absent orders. 

Either way, we are already well in the process of sending replacement parts and orders to folks who have already filled out the previously linked form (and if you've already filled out the form we sent out before, we've already either sent you your stuff or are about to do so this week, so no need to fill out either of these forms) and we commit to having all entries on these forms fulfilled by the end of this month! So, if you're missing stuff, worry not - just fill out one of the above forms and we will ship everything to you before December.

Again, apologies for any of you caught in this situation, but at least the end is in sight! And to all of you - whether you have OblivAeon in hand or if it's just on the horizon - thank you again for your support. We could not have made this happen without you, and we're thrilled to have gotten to the end of the Multiverse together.

Now, I mentioned the end of the Multiverse - that's not to say that Sentinel Comics is done. Far from it! Many of you have already heard of Sentinel Comics: the Roleplaying Game, which will be on Kickstarter at the end of January 2019. We'll talk more about that in the next couple months, but know that it's coming soon! Also, the Sentinels of Freedom video game from Underbite Games was successfully Kickstarted earlier this year, and we're very much looking forward to that coming out, hopefully next year! We also have many other ideas and plans for games and more in the world of Sentinel Comics! A great place to learn more about what Adam and I are working on with Sentinel Comics is our podcast: The Letters Page. Whew! So many things.

Also, I mentioned video games: Handelabra is the company behind the very awesome Sentinels of the Multiverse video game, but that's not all! They have also done other great games, like Bottom of the 9th and One Deck Dungeon. Now, they're adding another great game to their ranks with Aeon's End! The campaign just went live yesterday, and they're already more than half way to their funding goal. Go check it out!

Finally, OblivAeon awaits. Keep on saving the Multiverse, heroes.

      Just had to send another message because I gave them 2 weeks of silence to see if my stuff would be delivered. Here's hoping that my message yeilds some results.

      Well, I've been in contact with Maggie after tagging GTG on Twitter repeatedly. She said a lot of good things, explained what happened, and said my order should be shipped pretty quickly.

      We're now 13 days later and radio silence again. After asking, I got a message from her on Tuesday night she'd check on the status in the morning and...then nothing. I'm at the point where I'm just sending a daily message until I hear *some*thing :P This has been so unbelievably frustrating, and there's not a darn thing I can even do except sit around and hope I some day get my stuff... :(

      Which form do you fill out if you've received the base game and previous expansions, but not the OblivAeon expansion or the Ultimate Collector's Case?

      I filled out the form for no shipment over a week ago with no response. What really bugs me is that I travelled to Reno last week and found a copy of Oblivaeon in a game store! How can non-backers buy the game before backers receive their product? This is one of the advantages of backing a kickstarter. I could have received the game faster if I just waited to buy it retail.

      Hello. I will fill out the form again about my missing shipment, but I'm frustrated that the several emails (about 1 every 2 or so weeks since Oct 2nd) have gone unanswered. My previous form has gone unanswered as well. So I'm not particularly happy at this point and hope that this time I can hear back from someone. Thanks.

      We understand the frustrations that people have experienced with this campaign. The forms that we have put together are to streamline the process so that we can get product and replacement/missing parts to everyone as quickly as possible. We realized that our current form of customer service wasn't working and we hope that this will be a vast improvement.

      I found your old order and I see that it hasn't shipped yet. I have marked it to let the warehouse know to ship it next week.

      Replacement and Missing parts will not receive a shipping email. Our shipping software will not generate one currently. I was able to look you up manually after fitting a little bit with the shipping software and it does say that your shipment was delivered on Friday 11/09/18.

      For replacement/missing parts we will not send a follow-up email unless we have questions/concerns about your order. That being said I wass also able to look up your order and I can see that it is still in transit, but should arrive within 3-7 business days.

      Yes, folks in AUS have received packages. Please fill out the missing order form above if you haven't received your order yet.

      Haven't heard anything about my order yet, but hopefully it's one of those that gets shipped this weekend. I filled out the form almost a month ago.

      My copy of the Ultimate Collector's Case didn't have magnets in the upper/outer lid. Filled out the form a few weeks back when it was first linked and received no communication back from GTG about it. I've been starting to worry, but I had a new working case in box waiting for me when I got home tonight (just the case, no drawers or dividers). The case was shipped to me directly via USPS (rather than UPS or FedEx to USPS), so no automatic delivery notice or tracking number, it just kinda showed up.

      So at the very least replacements are shipping, even if GTG is doing a poor job of communicating to people when they're coming.

      I sent an inquiry about some missing cards a couple weeks ago, and haven't heard back yet. Should I be refilling out the form? Or when can I expect a response of some kind to confirm it's been heard?

      Thank you for the reply. Should I have received an email confirmation that my missing items have been dispatched? Because I didn't receive any. Also, can you check when you've sent them out? I need some way to check whether this shipment is lost, either through a tracking code or a delivery estimation.

      I preordered the foil villain pack at gencon 2017 and have the invoice for them but I can’t find any way to get an update on when that will be shipped. Any way to find out the status of that?

      Seriously? Another web form to fill out in the off chance that this one will make a difference when the four other ways I've tried to communicate about this issue have yielded absolutely no response?

      I've seen my share of Kickstarter projects that didn't produce a product in the end, but never one that had a solid product to offer and was so inept in just getting it to people, and then so cavalier about it. So far the guys at Handleabra have gotten more content from this project to me than GreaterThan has, and I don't really have any expectation that'll change.

      In the meantime, while GreaterThan is obviously excited about it's upcoming projects I don't expect I'll be joining them. Who would sign up for this again?

      Steve I know you are a massive apologist for, well, everything it seems, but why should people back any new product from a company that cannot answer basic questions about a product many have bought and which they are committed to support?

      I can see that we have shipped out the missing items for your order already, but going forward we would like EU backers to communicate with Spiral Galaxy because they will be able to fulfill replacement parts faster for EU backers. Also, if an entire order has not been received yet, they will be able to check on the status since they shipped it.

      If you are missing a webstore order please fill out the missing entire order form. It will prompt you to let us know how you placed the order etc so that we know where to look for the delay/hold up/issue/ etc.

      When you fill out the replacement part form we will ask where to ship the item to so as long as you provide us with an updated address we will ship it there.

      @Daniel Tennison
      We are responding to messages as quickly and efficiently as we can, but we ask that you fill out the missing entire order form as well so that we can ensure that we can ensure your order is looked into.

      I don't think I'm allowed to confirm anything yet... but if that were to happen it would be for the 10 year anniversary in 2021 ;P

      We mean the final shipment. If you received an initial shipment in 2017 and haven't received the rest of your order please fill out the missing entire order form.

      @Ken Both Adam and Christopher were discussing this on an episode of The Letters Page I listened to a while back, they seemed pretty sure that they wanted to do it but not 100 percent. I will chalk it up to rumors but I am leaning towards a somewhat solid yes.

      I hear rumors that Adam is thinking about re-arting the Core Set and that the Mini-Expansions might be collected together in one box. Any truth to either of these rumors? Because, I'm interested.

      I might suggest NOT backing Aeon’s End or any Handelabra product until we get a firm release date on Sidekick updated to Oblivaeon

      The void in my soul will be complete once my game shows up... until then, I am eagerly anticipating the RPG campaign starting and a proud backer on Spirit Island Jagged Earth.

      I will fill out another form when I get home tonight and look for it in the near future in the mail.

      I still don't have mine yet. It was shipped to the wrong address then returned to sender. I have messaged you more than once and still no reply. I spent a lot backing this and I want my copy. Will you ever answer me?

      Very excited! It was a wild ride for the short time I was a part of it! (I only found out about sentinels about a week before the OblivAeon Kickstarter began!) I'm very much looking forward to the SCRPG Kickstarter, and am going to endeavor to be backer #1!

      If I had a web-store order that seems to have been lost in the shuffle (it's status hasn't changed on the orders page) should I wait until the end of November to worry about it, is that how I'm reading it?

      No offense guys, but this Kickstarter felt so mishandled. The delays were crazy. By the time I got my copy (which I have now), my hype and excitement was totally gone. I love your games, but I don't think I would back another one of your campaigns based off of my experience here. Wish you all the luck in your future projects, and that's not to say I won't buy them when they are in stock online. But as far as backing something that is not yet made, I will pass.

      I don’t get it. I’m in the EU and have both sent an email (as requested) months ago and filled out a form (as requested) again, months ago.
      Am I supposed to send an email to Spiral Games again? Or is the part about taking care everyone that has already contacted you only for non-EU backers?

      Guys, I send you a DM a month ago.

      The custom office in my country (Peru) is not accepting the kickstarter contribution confirmation as a valid invoice for valuing the package. I need GTG to issue an invoice for the oblivaeon game so I can present it in customs.
