It is more than a week since I contacted greaterthangames to report a broken miniature and raise the fact that my game was sent to Sweden from the US, incurring 46 USD import costs, in a campaign that was EU friendly. Still waiting for a response.

Game received today (Sweden). All looking great.
According to update#38: (back in September)
All of the backer rewards have now left our warehouse, including all of the extra games for Elder God backers, so we are ready to turn out the lights on this campaign! We are still getting some reports of games being stuck in customs in the EU, so if your game has not arrived yet, or if you have any other customer service issue, shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and he'll work to sort it out asap!
Suggest anybody who hasn’t received their backer reward should email Craig.

Yay! I finally received my game (with the right extras) but Im contemplating just reselling it or giving it away unopened. This entire experience has put a really rotten taste in my mouth and Ill never enjoy this game cause of it. And I was soo hyped for it when I first backed it.
Slowly draining my sanity each time I look in the mailbox...

The last time I mailed Craig I got an answer and he said that he would resend my pledge immediately and so he did. Today I finally received it and I enjoyed my first game. I hope the other people receive their games soon. And trust me I'm also pissed over the entire thing. Horrible support. Just horrible
No response. No Game. This is the worst campaign but even more worst support I've ever seen. Im just Pissed. Im not even sure I wanna play the game anymore all this shit has stained it for me, regardless of how good the game might be. I rather have my money back.

Still waiting for a response to emails asking what the deal is with dispatch. Even if the delivery firm got it wrong it's not that hard to trace whether a dispatch was made or not.

Finally after months of constantly emailing them I have got a shipping number and it seems to be on it's way. But they have handled it really poorly.

Im really pissed off. This is a scam and stealing money. I havent got my game and no replies on my emails. I dont think they ever sent out some of the games. Im going to go out of my way to warn everybody of GreaterThanGames.

Can you report greater than games to eBay? I am so disappointed with their handling of this.

Few weeks ago I got the impression from the mail that all packages to Sweden got sent back to the because of some error at customs.
And they then reshipped it.
Hopefully we get it soon(tm)...
@Björns I have the same experience. Getting half answers, if any, and no follow-ups. This is starting to feel like a scam
Getting really frustrating on their customer service. I´ts terrible they answer one out of 15 emails. you get an half answer and then back to silence. Starting to lose hope that i will ever get my game
I just got mine in sweden after Jodie sended me a new package (or the same that got sent back, i dont know).
Played it today and the game is really great!

I contacted Craig again, and this time he connected me with the warehouse guys and now I have a package on its way to Sweden via DHL, I don’t know if it it’s the same as the first one or a completely new one.
Still waiting in Sweden and haven't heard anything from either customs or Greater Than Games even though I have mailed them a week ago or so. Pretty bad customer support and I have a hard time believing that customs will hold a game for several weeks. Feels like it is a shipping problem that, for some reason, is blammed on the Swedish customs.
Well, maybe I´ll get the game before it is put on sale on my FLGS.
