I'm writing to you from inside the Huy Fong Foods factory, where I'm shooting some of the final scenes of the documentary. It's busy here, with the chile harvest happening. A crazy amount of jalapeños I can't wait to show you in the film. In the mean time, here's a trailer for the film—CBS News asked me to make it, because they're planning a story about the documentary! I hope you like it, and I'll share more details from this trip soon.
