Sorry, we goofed up in the description text. International shipping for the T-shirt package is just $12. Kickstarter will add that automatically when you pledge. Thanks!

UPDATE 04.17.2013: You guys got us to our first stretch goal on the first day without our even having to announce it! So we're upping the page count of the book from 60 to 80 pages (4 covers, 66 story pages, 10 pages of extras and cool stuff). And every mailed pledge now includes stickers! More stretch goals and bonuses to be announced soon!
You bet we do! First goal will be to increase the page count of the book. More to be announced as we get closer!

We haven't decided on the design just yet -- we're going to wait a bit as we see any additional art that comes in from our brilliant artist Takeshi Miyazawa during the course of this campaign. But the designs will feature Tak's awesome art! More news as we get it.

Many people have asked about this and we're working on a good solution! We're definitely planning to find a way for folks to make multiple combinations to get the items they want, so please hang in there!
In the meantime, we highly recommend pledging for an limited or exclusive item that you're interested in. We can always find a way to add other items to that pledge. But we won't be able to add sold-out exclusive items once they're gone.
More soon on all of this!

As the project description states, we'll be printing trade paperbacks. We used the term "hard copy" in some of the pledge descriptions, but those are all paperbacks -- we only used "hard copy" to differentiate the physical books from the digital books. We sincerely apologize if we confused anyone with our terminology and hope that the expanded page count and various bonuses we've added make up for it.

We're releasing the books digitally through Monkeybrain using the comiXology website and app. With comiXology, you can download the book to your iPad or other tablet or phone and read it from the comiXology app, or you can read it through a web browser on the comiXology website. But no, you won't get a PDF that you can save to your hard drive separately and use in any program.
Would it be great if we could release a DRM-free PDF as well? Sure. But for this project, we chose to go with Monkeybrain and comiXology instead because first, we love everything that Monkeybrain does. It's a genuinely independent company run by comic book creators in order to help other independent creators distribute their work digitally. The folks who run the company are absolutely fantastic and we very much wanted to be part of what they're doing. Second, we frankly just love reading comics using the comiXology app. The folks at comiXology have done an amazing job developing the best comics reading software around and they're incredibly friendly and helpful to independent creators as well.
For what it's worth, the bonus "Rio Chino" and "Citizen" Greg Pak comics included in some of the higher pledges will be released to you as DRM-free PDFs.

As requested by many of you, we've figured out a plan for higher level backers to add the Challenge Coins, Mug, T-Shirt, or 24" x 36" Poster to their packages.
For those who selected the $75 Signed Script level, the $100 Jonathan Coulton Music level, or any rewards at the $125 level and above, you can add items to your order by increasing your pledge by the amount noted below and by sending me a message describing what items you're adding.
***Please note this only applies to those who are already bidding at the $75 signed script level, $100 Jonathan Coulton Music level, and all levels at $125 and above.***
For an extra $25 - add one item from this list: the Challenge Coins, the Mug, the 24" x 36" Poster, or the T-shirt
For an extra $50 - add two items from the above list
For an extra $75 - add three items from the above list
For an extra $115 - add the Super Swag Pack, which includes all four items listed above plus three extra Challenge Coins plus the signed script plus all the Jonathan Coulton music in digital form (minus the Christmas album).
For international orders, please add $10 if you add a mug and $10 if you add a poster.

We've gone over various possibilities for getting physical, printed copies of the "Princess Who Saved Herself" children's book out into the world, and our tentative plan is to figure out a way to let you order physical copies some time in early 2014, when the children's book is actually done. We've decided against including an order option as an add-on within this Kickstarter -- after we went through everything that would be involved, we realized the logistics are frankly too much for us to handle right now and we don't want to run the risk of delaying the shipping of the main "Code Monkey Save World" book. So please stay tuned -- we'll let you know what we come up with early next year!
