Sorry I didn't give a description of my intent, but I'm not apologetic that I posted it. I posted the link as a reassurance that Kickstarter has started to hold creators more accountable. I can assure you I have no intention of suing for my meager pledge. I just didn't like the message you were sending that KS doesn't hold creators accountable when they just decide to pull the plug. That said, it's interesting that you feel harassed by this article. You should really see what other creators deal with when thousands of people back them.
Yeah like he's the problem of your failure
If people threaten to sue us we won't be able to issue refunds until any threats of lawsuits are resolved. This is part of the Discorporation paperwork.
If there is any legal action pending we can not issue refunds until they are resolved.
We will go ahead with liquidation. But since we find Mark Griswold's comment to be threatening and even encouraging legal action from others we will not be able to issue refunds until we can be sure there are no legal issues.
Y'all can thank him for that delay.
