Faithful backers,

We're pleased to let you know that surveys are available as of today!

During this time, you'll have the opportunity to list your height for accurate sizing, select your add-ons (lights, rack, fenders, etc...) and select your shipping address!

Here's how you can expect the process to work.

  • 1) Receive an email.

It will be from Slava Menn and titled "Response Needed -- Get your reward for INVINCIBLE: The only bike 100% guaranteed against theft"

This email will go the address you have associated with your Kickstarter account.

Please give up to 24-hours for the survey to reach you. If you haven't received it by Sunday, please check your spam folder. If it isn't there, please email us and we'll help you track it down.

  • 2) Complete the survey.

We tried our best to make it intuitive and clear, but if you have any questions at all, please email Customerlove@fortifiedbike.com and we'll be happy to support you as best we can.

  • 3) Start toning your legs in anticipation for your new favorite bike.

It's still on track to ship in May.

Important notes to keep in mind:

  • 1) You will be able to edit your surveys until they are "locked down" in May.

We will give you 48 hours notice before surveys are "locked down" in case you need to change your address or alter your add-ons.

  • 2) You will only be charged when surveys are "locked down" in May.
  • 3) If you bought a "Two-pack" of bikes and want them to be shipped to different addresses, please contact Customerlove@fortifiedbike.com to coordinate the two shipments.

Have a great weekend!

@cliff Thanks so much for following up and hitting us up on 'customerlove'. We just got back to you with another link to your survey so you should be all set. Also, followed up with you offline to explain more clearly about the rack. Go ahead and hit us up again on 'customerlove' if you have any more issues with the survey.

Still waiting for the survey (and yes, I have emailed "customerlove" to see what happened) but what is this I'm reading about the bike rack costing $50? I too pledged extra for the pannier rack and on the campaign page, it says +45 for the rack, or +50 for the fenders. That seems pretty explicitly clear to me....

Thanks for taking care of this. I ♥ Fortified.

@Daniel and @Bianca - Thanks VERY much for pointing this out - it was supposed to be $200! Totally a mistake on our end that we're fixing as we speak. If you don't see the changes reflected in your survey by end of this week please send an email to Customerlove@fortifiedbike.com and we'll make it right ASAP.

@Zombra - sorry about the confusion, we should've made that more explicit on the initial campaign. More than happy to refund the $45 if you'd like, just hit us up at Customerlove@fortifiedbike.com!

Its really hard to believe that shipping to germany now costs 250$. This is really bad!

Hey Slava and team, so excited to be a step closer to getting the bike. It was disappointing to see though that shipping costs increased again.

What gives? I pledged an extra $45 for the rack and the survey wants $50 for it. Not the end of the world, but hey now.
