HUGE Thanks!, Mo Demo, Backer Badge
HUGE THANKS TO YOU!
These last couple days seem like a blur, but we want to thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of our hearts. We definitely felt like underdogs walking into this campaign, but you all have really stepped up to help Mo get off to a great start- 33% of our funding goal in 48 hours! - Spectacular, especially since there are only 70 of you pledged at this point!
Its a tremendous start, but we also need to try and keep our foot on the gas. From past experience, we know that the middle two weeks are fairly slow, so getting some more momentum before the dip can really help. What has really helped is all the people bouncing the links around on Facebook and Twitter.
2/3 of our current backers have come directly to our page from offsite- meaning that 2/3 of the people are folks that we've all reached out to directly. Not people who just stumbled into it on Kickstarter.
We also want to remind you that this campaign is only 24 days long, shorter than most, so we have more to do in less time. If you are reading this and thinking about pledging, but taking your time (we usually do). It might be a good idea to tap the 'Remind Me' button on our main page. This will remind you to come back 48 hour prior to the finish to see where we are at and what new goodies we have to share. It'll be worth it. I promise.
Above is a quick video about the current Mo figure. We JUST got the final parts in the other day and wanted to share them. These are precision-made, plastic parts, like most other building toys you might buy. Its rare for a Kickstarter team to be this far along into manufacturing, but we wanted to be sure we could offer a really killer product. And it is.
Why that's great for you is that you'll have these in hand much quicker than most Kickstarter products because we've already started the process.
BADGE OF HONOR
For all of you who've already backed the project, we've pulled together a backer badge that you can download and paste or post on Facebook, Twitter or anywhere to get our link out further. I'll post another update link tomorrow from our GoGo Facebook page, that you'll be able to share. Or feel free to share a link to these updates with people who might be interested.
Lastly, if you have suggestions about how to make the campaign better, product tweaks, media people to contact, or any sort of whim, feel free to contact us from the main page. We are making creative tools for YOU and we want to know what you like, what you don't, and how we can do it better. You've got our ear.
Next time, we'll talk a bit about how 3d printing works, how it lead to our current approach and how you are helping to create a radical new future of on-demand products.
