Gobblers is a fast food restaurant designed to offer healthy, low caloric meals, at an affordable price. Our target customer has a growing interest in eating healthy but also realizes that there are not that many opportunities to do so in their busy lifestyle

Gobblers offers a new standard for the industry. Our Gourmet Food Truck offers a cohesive system of healthy food and trendy concepts packaged in handsome, clean, professional, and stylish state of the art operating system. Our business model is supported by years of experience in successful business systems and expert support so needed in a difficult and challenging economy. Our company's image and detailed presentation will provide a combination of excellent food at value pricing, and an enjoyable atmosphere. Our mobile establishment is the answer to an increasing demand for food that is delicious and healthy. We can take our concept anywhere. In today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate one Food Truck from another. Gobblers is an exception to the ordinary.

Our company is in a start-up position. The company expects to acquire and design a custom Gourmet Food Truck and solidify all associated operating expenses within a six-month period. We anticipate arrival at our first locations by May 2013. Gobblers is owned and operated by three Principal Partners: Jabari Garrett, Faruq McCallister, and Mo Ziyambe. This is a winning combination. Coupled with the profit potential, Gobblers team is sure to build the new brand quickly. Gobblers will launch in 2013 with one Gourmet Food Truck which will service strategic locations and popular venues within North Carolina’s Triangle Area. Centrally located, the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill) offers a high quality of life mixing historic charm with modern living, top rated schools, and diverse cultural attractions. The Triangle’s mild climate affords residents the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities year round. This is perfect for the Gobblers concept.

Our menu consists of Turkey Burgers (with an option to add turkey  bacon) “The Gobbler” which is our signature burger.

Our signature burgers include;

* The basil pesto burger (turkey/vegetarian burger with basil pesto mayonnaise , balsamic vinegar soaked onions and Swiss cheese).

* The Asian fire burger (turkey/vegetarian burger with a home made Thai zing sauce and Roma tomatoes and provolone cheese).

* The barbeque cheddar burger (turkey/vegetarian burger with honey spiced barbeque sauce and cheddar cheese).

  * All meals will be served with our signature YAMMIES (baked sweet potatoe fries) assorted fresh fruits or salads by default 

 * All Meals will be served w/water by default (can substitute w/ fresh 100% natural juices/smoothies for an upcharge

  * All meals will be cooked in olive oil 

* All fixins local vegetables and home made sauces

Inspiration happens when you least expect it.  The Gobblers Gourmet food truck will leverage the rising popularity of Turkey Burgers and Natural Juice options. These two menu options, coupled with strategic locations and unique packaging presents a new market for this business team.  In all aspects of business, our niche includes providing several healthy options in the same location while creating a warm, hospitable atmosphere.  We make the mobile fast food experience different.   

The Gobblers Story

Once upon a time, three New Yorkers who moved to North Carolina decided to dream big.  Mo Ziyambe presented Faruq McAllister and Jabari Garrett with the novel idea to introduce America’s premier healthy Gourmet Food Truck. Although Beef and Chicken saturate are typically the Fast Food Industry’s choice for burgers and wraps, Turkey, often overlooked, is the most rewarding in health benefits. One turkey burger contains 50% of vitamin A, 15% of vitamin C, 25% of calcium, and 25% of iron. For all you calorie counters, Gobblers meal bundles will be between 600-700 calories per meal, including your drink  Revolutionizing the concept of a Tasty Turkey Burger, the three founded Gobblers.

Mo Ziyambe is the Chief Executive Officer of Gobblers. He is the visionary head of the organization and administrator in charge of total management of the Gobblers group. Mo came to North Carolina after being accepted at North Carolina Central University. He grew up in a multi-cultural household where his father would cook traditional Zimbabwean dishes, and his mother’s specialty was South African food. He has always been health conscious and selective about how he feeds his body, which are the founding concepts for Gobblers.

Jabari Garrett, is the Chief Financial Officer for Gobblers. Jabari projected an opportunity for Gobblers to not only do well within the community health realm, but also to provide a wealth opportunity, in following the path of Going Green and Environmental Preservation.  His ultimate goal is to grow the Gourmet Food Truck business model exponentially while creating a new, epic brand.

Faruq McAllister is the Chief Operations Officer for Gobblers.  Faruq’s primary responsibility includes managing Gobbler’s standard procedures of business.  Having been raised as a Vegetarian in his Mother’s household, he shares the core beliefs of the Gobblers health-conscious vision and thinks constantly about how to expand efficiently. Faruq’s strategic objectives will make Gobblers a household name in the U.S.  Not only is his goal to dominate the Gourmet Food Truck market, but ultimately he would like to establish a Gobblers Restaurant as well as distribution of products to supermarkets and other eateries.

The money from kickstarter will be used in hope to take advantage of purchasing a Food Truck and a full operations kitchen. Anywhere from 1000-1700 Square feet . We will remodel according to the Franchisor's designs to make our concept both visually and functionally suitable.

These billion dollar conglomerates have neglected to offer food that enriches our bodies. Our time has come now to offer a new alternative.
