Using T-Shirt sizing is confusing. I'm anything from medium to XXL depending on the T-Shirt brand. They vary in size massively so I've no idea what to put. Can we have some measurements as to what a 'standard' T-Shirt is for each size please?

Based on our reading, we found that a popular and common thing to do is to take your underbust measurement and add four, in order to find your bra band size, so we've included both for your convenience. What would be the best way to go along to fill out the survey information then? For example, I estimated myself at around 39 inches. So would I go with Medium since I'm just over? Or Large since that's the next size up?
Alongside with that, could I also inquire about what the return and exchange policy is in case if the size that was ordered might not fit correctly? I'm sure you have answered this already, but I couldn't find it.

Hello. I'm glad to hear that there has been great progress since when your campaign concluded. I completely forgot to fill out your first survey back when it was posted and it wasn't until just how when I remembered that I made a pledge. I know that there was going to be a case to where the "first shipment" were going to be sent out at around October. I also saw that in the latest update, there was going to be an "updated measurement" posted to the survey.
So I would like to ask the following question: Should I go ahead and fill out the survey now with my measurement (which I am currently guessing is around 39 inches)? or should I wait until the survey is updated before filling it out completely?
Either way, I know that because I stalled, I will miss out on the "first shipping" probably, but I would still like to make sure to do what I can for filling out the needed information if I can.

Hi Team. I already have quite poor posture and my back is already beginning to curve. I'm now a bit concerned that due to this curvature the backbone won't sit in the correct place. Has this been brought up previously?
My sincerest apologies for the late response to your comments. I generally do my best to respond as quick as I'm able, however, the numbers of things that have to be done have increased as we're nearing crunch time.
@Brett: Hi Brett, thanks for the suggestion. We're aware of issues with the straps riding up, and took that into consideration when designing the newest version of Backbone's posture support. We haven't had any issues when testing our product, even after hours of wear. I hope that takes care of your concern, I'd definitely like to keep in touch and see if this is an issue for you later down the line. Thanks again, Brett.
@Francis: Hi Francis, the posture support is indeed adjustable. In the picture, the adjustment mechanisms are lower and tucked under the arms, so it's hard to see the details (we've changed this recently, and it's now a lot higher up, for comfort and ease of adjustability). For the latest version of Backbone, we added a "quick release" mechanism, for fast taking on/off, and also kept the velcro for its wide adjustability range. In the picture, the adjustment mechanisms are lower and tucked under the arms, so it's hard to see the details (we've changed this recently, and it's now a lot higher up, for comfort and ease of adjustability). For the latest version of Backbone, we added a "quick release" mechanism, for fast taking on/off, and also kept the velcro for its wide adjustability range.
