I received a package in the mail today but it is not the BT ear pro. It is regular ear plugs with a cord to plug into the phone. Why after all this time can't I get the right thing shipped to me? No way to contact anybody about this issue directly either.
Is it normal for one side to be way louder than the other? I can barely hear anything out of one of the sides

Received the BT Ear Pro yesterday and they work great. Setup was easy after watching the video provided. The short instruction sheet provided with the earbuds was over-simplified and not complete. I can see why so many persons were having problems pairing the device. The lack of instructions or guides on the Defenders and Reactors was also an oversight that could have alleviated a lot of supporters' problems. As this was a Kickstarter to help get the products up and running, I hope Axil will apply these lessons learned to future endeavours. Your products are great and I wish you all success. Please keep the customer support needs in mind, though.
I am writing you because I haven’t received neither the Defender & Reactor nor the Bt Ear Pro earplugs so I was wondering if you can give me more visibility about my order please.
I am considering asking you for a full refund as it takes waay too long to get them even if I did understand the manufacturing delays in the first place.
