I guess I'm one of the lucky ones that received my pledge in good time and with all the pieces. The reactors work perfectly for myself and the friend I bought them for. I just received the BT Ear Pro connected them up and they sound great on initial listen. However the "documentation" is a tiny piece of paper with connection steps. But, no explanation on how to assemble or wear the ear pieces. I'm assuming I have it right but, its always nice to know I'm using as intended for the best quality experience. This also seemed to be an issue with the lanyard and the extra filters. Some more thought into your documentation would be a benefit to your customers.
I competed my survey long ago, and while I received my add on ghost Stryke ear plugs months ago, I still haven't received my original pledge the reactor/ defender combination. I've contacted you guys twice with no response.

Is the shooting filter a defender filter? I understand it’s orange but is it supposed to be the defender style or the reactor style?
What about the Ear Pro Buds?
How much longer are we to wait for those?
Here's what you said over 4 weeks ago:
"Our latest update from our manufacturer said that we would get the shipment of both BT Ear Pro & Ear Pro Buds in a couple weeks from now. If that is the case, then we'll be able to turn them around in just a few days at the most and get them shipped out to you.
What a joke!!!! Promises of ship dates. Refusal to respond to emails. I will never ever purchase another product from this company. Word travels fast in the shooting community and You can bet I will be spreading the word at every match I attend. Darrell Carothers
