      How do I know when they are on? When it snaps open It's on and snaps down it's off? I don't notice to much difference?

      This is complete BS. I got my order two days ago. Today i got email of shipment notification.... Really? After you said they would ship in august, its not the later part of october Fail... Opened package, one of the defender plug vent cap is broken off, and the lanyard riped when installing on the reactor. I can get a much better quality earplug from surefire for less money than this crap. I will never buy from you EVER!

      An.. I'm getting tired of updates, I want what I backed! I feel it's been plenty long already! I haven't received any email telling me anything about shipping and I'm in TX..Pretty domestic! Please send my order.

      Just got my set. One of my plugs came apart as I was assembling it with the lanyard. Anybody else have this issue, and have been able to resolve it?

      Have been waiting for my 2 sets of plugs thought they might be here by now. The messages I've gotten said they have been shipping for 2 months. Just curious on when I might see the 2 plugs with 2 metal tube cases.

      Well, I just received my Defenders today. First, they seem to be too small even with the larger earbud, also they are harder to turn on and off then I expected and I can't even tell a difference with them open or closed. Sounds like regular ear plugs both open and closed.

      Now a thinly veiled reference to domestic orders... so no orders have shipped internationally at all??? I'd highly recommend helping to manage everyone's expectations and avoid disappointment by providing better visibility into what is and isn't happening with this kickstarter. First combo orders weren't being shipped, then they would ship end of August/early September, then a reference to first week of October, then you only received inventory October 6, now it's October 16 and we get lanyard instructions (helpful.. if you had earplugs). Please take a moment to express where you are at in shipping each type of order, domestic or international, with expected completion. You can't ask for patience and understanding in an environment that's absent of any information :(

      Hey guys, nowhere in the update did it say all domestic orders have shipped. They did say hundreds have shipped and they are working as fast as they can. Personally, I'd rather they take enough time to minimalize mistakes even though it may mean I have to wait awhile. With over 7000 backers, it must be quite a task.

      Yes, the original estimated ship date was missed. This is super common, not only with Kickstarter projects but with any new manufacturing project. There has been regular updates and progress is happening.

      Can you indicate why domestic orders are being prioritised over international orders? What are anticipated shipping dates for international orders?
