      I received my shipment, but it is incorrect! I ordered three of the Reactor earplugs and three of the Defender earplugs. What I received was four of the Reactor and two of the Defender earplugs. How do I exchange these? Also, I would love a printout of when to use each type and how to use them properly!

      Russell when I've been waiting just like the same for most of us have we get this marvelous updates and I still haven't seen nothing can you please give me a hard date. I'm a businessman two, would love to get my pear if I like them I will order more for my entire Paving crew since we're around loud Machinery all day long please give me a date.

      I called customer support at AXIL and apparently Russel L doesn't work there anymore. The rep said that someone from AXIL will come and update comments to Russel's account and this Kickstarter page but he couldn't confirm it so who knows if updates will come or not, but he said shipments are expected to finish by November.

      These plugs were originally to be shipped in August 2017. We have received various updates promising shipping including tracking numbers. This is now October 12, 2017 and nothing. One could believe that that you are just Fake News. When do you expect to send me a tracking number?

      Russell when will I receive my ear plugs and something else I forgot what it was now it's been so long these dates come and gone come and go and come and gone my name is Robert you can you please send me an email and let me know when my shipment is going to come out it was such a Defender ear plugs the other ear plugs and some kind of wireless Bluetooth thing I ordered forgotten what it was like I said it's been so long getting really tired of waiting.

      These seem to be taking forever! On Sept 19th you said shipping had begun and it is now Oct 12 and still nothing. I'm going to a concert next week and would really like them to arrive prior.

      Another delay, but this time posted as if it's happy news? I thought shipping was to begin first week of October, not that you would just receive inventory at the end of the week. I expect delays for Kickstarter, but if I don't receive these before leaving the country on October 31st for the final trip of the year where I need them I'm going to be right peeved! Even in the original campaign it talked about possible delays of 40-60 days if the kickstarter reached 40-60,000 people. It reached 8,000. At this point can I swing by and help you guys streamline the pack and ship process, I am able to ship just shy of 400 orders in a day out of a garage set up.

      @hinson : from experience of past KS : it ca really vary and depend on the customs. If the container is picked for inspection (which is random) it can be very long. But it can also be quick. So i had items stuck in customs for a good month and some other that came in my mail box in a week or so (France).

      To be fair their last update on shipping was the end of September, and they advised no orders with the defenders were being shipped until first week of October, by my calculations we are at the end of the first week and shipments haven't been done, but we have an update here advising they have the shipment and are processing it. For me this is good communication, especially when compared to makeblock project where there were no answers to private messages and maybe two updates months late on expected shipping times.

      Looks like I posted three times, and I don't see the third one, sorry. It had more detail. I only counted on receiving these in time for a birthday AFTER the last communication we had with you, which was weeks ago. It's just that with all of the spam you guys sent us, it seems that you could have told us there was yet another delay after you told us we would get these by now. I expect delays with Kickstarter, but not after it's been communicated that we will be receiving the items purchased.

      I hope your products are great. And, maybe you can do a better job with communication and setting expectations next go-around. Thanks for the response!

      Looking good. So glad you took your time to bring us a product you feel is "fully functional" and will stand behind. I cannot wait to try mine out and give a few as gifts. Let's all just slow it down, this is Kickstarter not a drive-thru. At least they gave us updates along the way as was already posted in a message.

      @SusanDavey I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment. Buying a product on Kickstarter though for a birthday present is a major risk because there's always a high chance of delays during the production stage. We have worked extremely hard to get these to all of you as soon as possible, but of course there were delays with the tooling because we wanted to get all of the details exactly right, instead of rushing a product and sending them out before they're fully functional.       Very disappointed. The last we heard from you the status was we would have them by now. My purchase was meant to be a birthday gift-- a birthday that was two days ago.

      We were supposed to have these in AUGUST!!!! Kinda hard to get excited.
