Were these BT Ear Pro's supposed to ship with the defender/reactor orders? If not when will they be shipping?
Russell L: You could maybe tell my why you still haven't answered my Kickstater messages from the 6th and 8th of June? And why it took you over a month to answer my email? Have you ever hear of the term customer service?

Russell L: I am still waiting for a reply to both my messages here on Kickstarter and the several emails I sent. But I guess you don't have to answer you have our money and that is all that counts.
You keep saying "You will love it" and other phrases to that effect. Provide some details on the BT product that have significance like a frequency response graph and we will decide. Don't try fool your customer base by telling us what the opinion of them should be. That only makes it seem like they are of low quality which I am assuming they are already.
What is backerkit and how do I find it? This is my first time supporting a kickstarter item...
@Russell I appreciate the detailed response, but at the same time there are others as disgruntled as I am about the recent lack of communication over the product we have all funded for. Then out of nowhere you start pushing another product and 4 out of the last 5 updates were ONLY about that. Half of the updates prior to those were not very easy to understand. The simplicity of just answering the basic questions of when, where, and why.
KS is a very different beast in marketing in that it has users from all over the world. Some aren't very well-versed in English and get confused by the long running updates, and some short ones that didn't make much sense.
Also, asking us to ignore updates is probably a fopaux, as you never want a customer/consumer to ignore anything. If anything I would have phrased it, "Please look at the topic subject, and see if it's applicable to your circumstance." or something like that. Never use the word "ignore" when addressing a customer base.
I just wish that you would have waited until AFTER the campaign had ended/delivered to promote an entirely new product. I understand wanting to capitalize on shipping and possible market demand built-into your current product; at the same time think about how many customers you lost because of it as well. I go through high-end bluetooth headphones like candy. I've owned 2 Bose, 3 Beats, and now I'm on AirPods. I'm your target consumer. Yet, I wouldn't even touch it because I still haven't trusted your brand from the initial products that you've promised to deliver upon. If you ran a separate campaign AFTER this one and I liked your Defenders and/or Reactors (which I ordered 1 of each) I would have known what to expect from your bluetooth devices.
I am a brand loyalist. I was a backer for the Pebble watch, and later bought the Pebble Steel. I bought the Ticwatch-2 and now backing 2 Ticwatch-3 (E & S models). Many on here will continue to back a successful creator if their product is good and strong. You just lost your chance with that with me and many others because you wanted to advance your product.
Now I have a question. Since I ordered one of each, will those that have ordered both get priority when shipping out once the Defenders come in over those that purchased ONLY the Defenders? I doubt you will ship things out twice, so me getting a package with my Reactors and later one with my Defenders would sound kind of silly, right? So just curious.
Would never consider backing another campaign or buying any add-ons until you actually deliver on the project I'm waiting on.

I previously added two BT EAR PRO, but can't see that they are actually added when I look on my kick starter account? How can I verify they are added?
Thank you guys for your support on the original product! Kickstarter is all about product innovation and bringing new products to the market. Your support on this project makes it possible for us to keep bringing greater and greater products to the market to make happier customers.
Originally, we would've done the BT Ear Pro as a separate Kickstarter campaign, but unfortunately we can't because a company can only have one Kickstarter campaign running at one time. So we decided to put them on here as an "Add-on" because the production on them is going much faster than expected and we wanted to start getting them out there to the market; especially to our backers at a very low discounted price for all of their support that they have given us so far. Since that's happened, we've had quite a few hundred people already order the product and reach out to us telling us how excited they are to have hearing protection and Bluetooth all in the same product. So of course, because there are so many that are very interested, we're still going to send out updates so those people can know what's going on. As far as anyone that isn't interested, just simply ignore the updates about it and know that we are very grateful for your support on the XP Earplugs that are coming very soon! You will all love them.
As mentioned previously, the Reactors will start to ship the end of this month and the Defenders will cross over a little bit into September. They're all coming along great and you both will receive your orders soon.
Thank you Eddie. I was thinking the same thing. i have had more updates about this product i don't care about than the one i supported and am still waiting on. Stop with the ads already.
