      In response to your email, I honestly think the colors look brighter without the paper texture and I think that's an improvement. Otherwise, the difference is so miniscule as to make little to no difference.

      so what program are you going to be using to animate this?

      Lisa: At this time, I'll be doing it in 2K. I would need to get a better (expensive) computer to do 4K efficiently, and there aren't a ton of benefits to doing it in 4K, so rather than spend the money on that, I think it would improve the look of the short more tangibly to hire a couple of other animators and visdev artists instead.

      But the art will be prepared in a way to let me scale and re-export 4K video files and quickly create a 4K version should there be any compelling need for one.

      I know the community didn't quite make it to the 20K mark, but since you're almost $800 from it, do you think you'll try for the 4K animation version anyway?
