Have a question?
@Mark: thanks so much for the kind words and of course for all the ongoing campaign support!
As always, George creates a great set of artwork. Honestly he could create a Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy set of patches and I'd be on board. His ability to take his artwork up a notch with every project shows how dedicated he is to himself and his fans.
@Patrick: thanks for the kind words, and you will not have to wait too long for some Skull Island stuff…
@Stephen: thanks so much for the enthusiastic compliments! There are actually no metallic threads in any of the patches, but the standard threads do have a sheen to them. I'm guessing the color combos I went with are what are giving them that extra pop. So glad you hear you're pleased with the final patches! Thanks again for backing and all the ongoing support. And now I need to go look at these patches upside down…
What beautiful patches these are!
Mine have arrived safe and sound in the UK. Those metallic inks! Wow! It's almost like the patches are made from 3D "hologram" materials, like those depth-of-field pattern holograms that were on everyone's pencil cases etc in the late '80s. Such a great set of designs, so well realised.
Also, it was only whilst actually handling the patches that I spotted just how many of these designs "work" upside down too (reminded me of the Autobot/Decepticon logos from Transformers!) Outstanding design work George. Roll on the next Monsterologist project...
Mr. Coghill delivers another set of great patches, with colorful and detailed artwork. Received my patches promptly, just as described in the campaign. For a first-time Kickstarter backer of the Monsterologist, it is definitely quicker than waiting for the next Oddmall. Looking forward to another campaign - hopefully with a Skull Island or leprechaun patches someday!
@Ragnar: thank you!
@Steve: thank you for the creative kudos! :)
Yet another awesome set of patches has arrived from everyone’s favorite Monsterologist-at-large...these Legendary Legion patches are wild in every way, from the thread colors worthy of royalty to the nifty designs and clever logos. Thanks...my kids (8 & 13 y/o) really dug these! Keep on creeping on!
As always, thank you for another great campaign, everything looks great, of course!
@Robert: thank you for the kind words and all the ongoing campaign support for this one and all the others! Couldn't have made any of this stuff happen without all your guys, I really appreciate it.
Received my patches. They look great. Love the colors. Can't wait for the next campaign. Nice work George.
@Brandon: great to hear, thank you so much!
My pledge arrived yesterday. Everything is beautiful! I am impressed with the quality of everything once again!
@Mark: I definitely could be more frequent with the updates. Mostly it's been a lot of waiting for sew-out previews and making small edit requests. The good news: I'll be sending these to production most likely this week, and should be shipping by February. Thanks for the nudge!
I don't know about anyone else, but I am sure getting antsy for the delivery of your next creation George. I'm sure everything is on track but I wanted to let you know that I can't wait to get this next set in my hands. Hope you had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.
I'll have more info in the next backer update tonight, but yes I am planning on getting that Dwarf Division patch made regardless of wether or not we unlock it as a stretch goal. Most likely will be an add-on you can order as part of the backer survey.
@Joseph: great question! Generally, my patches run $7 to $8, but the Hallows Angels patches are priced higher and they all vary. My enamel pins are $8.
You'll be able to pay any differences (or have overpayments refunded) when completing the BackerKit closing survey.
That's also where you'll choose your additional items.
For specific item pricing, check out the shop at http://monsterologist.com, and that will also show what's still available.
Drop me a line if you still need more details.
how much do we need to add to our pledge if we plan to purchase previous patches as well? are all still available?
Let's push that total higher!
We hit the funding, thanks everyone! Backer update to follow with some further details.
@Cody: Thank you! Additional sets only need to cover the pledge amount.
Great looking designs as usual. Would an additional patch set need the pledge increase to include additional shipping as well, or just the amount of the patch set?
@Brandon: great to hear! I think that will be a really cool exclusive for the patch.
The UV reactive threads in the update look beautiful!
@Brandon the Wut: the Muse delivered a killer idea, but I'm still working on how to implement it. Has to be done just right. Still not there.
Cthulhu/Lovecraft? TAKE MY MONEY!
@Geist: I've been working on ideas for a Cthulhu/Lovecraft patch set.
@Creator: If you had had a Cthulhu patch, I would be all over that. Maybe next time?
@Ghostosaurus: thank you!!
@Tanner: thanks man!!
Congrats G! Looking great!
This is a great idea! I love the fantasy theme and colors. Go, Goblin Squad!
@Brandon: thanks for helping to make that happen! We are nearly at 50% funded 2 hours in, hopefully that's a good sign.
Let's push that total up!
@Stephen: as always, thanks for the ongoing support on this and all other campaigns. I really appreciate it.
I always look forward to your projects George, and enjoy watching the preparations on Patreon. Here's to another triumph.
