As of last week we have shipped all of your orders.
We have been receiving some emails from backers that they have not received their glasses. If you have not received your order please:
1. Make sure you have filled out Backerkit survey.
2. Check your tracking info that would have been sent through Backerkit.
3. If you ordered prescription glasses please make sure you sent us a valid copy of your prescription, including your PD (pupillary distance). You can email a copy to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
4. If you have any other questions about your order just shoot us a an email at email@example.com - we are here to help and will make sure your order gets to you.
We realize there may be some exceptions and we appreciate your patience.
