We are sorry for the delay. We believed that we would be able to get you your product at the end of August, but unfortunately we were unable to do so and we truly apologize.
We hit a snag in production when we noticed that a percentage of the balls still had some battery issues. CEO Jason Koo flew to our Engineering Offices in China to help solve this problem once and for all. After two weeks of resealing golf balls and extensive research, we believe we have solved the problem.
We are finalizing testing now, and will let you know when production has officially re-started.
