Ever wondered why today's ergonomic armrests look like WW2 rifle stands?
That's why we built Mouzen. An ergonomic armrest that combines the best of ergonomics with world-class engineering and beautiful design.
Mouzen is designed to optimize the position of your arm and reduce wrist and shoulder tension while working with your mouse and keyboard.
With its ErgoFlow™ mechanism, it allows you to move freely and comfortably in all directions, supporting your arm in a natural state and forcing you to maintain an upright posture.
Mouzen's features create a healthier, stress- and tension-free working and gaming environment. Come out of your workflow cool, calm and collected.
We spend most of our days working on computers. And while the technology has gone a long way since the early days, the mechanics of how we use the mouse and keyboard hasn’t changed that much. Only now are we learning how long-term usage and continuous repetitions can be associated with various computer-related disorders and injuries later in life.
Mouzen is on a mission to combine the best of ergonomic products that help you be more healthy and productive at work. More than 1000+ development hours and seven prototypes later, we’re finally ready to launch our revolutionary ergonomic armrest.
While most armrests require a 10-page manual to install and use, Mouzen is a simple and intuitive product that’s super easy to install. With an innovative single-mechanism lock clamp, Mouzen is ready to use in just 6 seconds.
It works great on almost all surfaces and is suitable for desks of thickness 0.2″ (0.5 cm) – 2.1″ (5.5 cm). Every Mouzen comes with a hex key that will allow you to lock it securely on your desk.
Thanks to the innovative ErgoFlow™ mechanism, Mouzen can hold up to 50 lbs (21 kg) of load, without losing any movement properties. The mechanism has multiple shock absorbers and silencers built in, making it the most smooth and silent ergonomic armrest on the market.
Big thanks to SoldierKnowsBest for taking the time and reviewing our Mouzen armrest in action!
We're on track!
Mouzen was founded by Gasper Kumprej, a serial entrepreneur and innovator, who first-handedly experienced the problem of using a mouse all day long. Gasper started working with his father Roberth and engineering professor Jure Krof to find the best theoretic solution to the problem. Matej Lorenci joined the team as the materials and injection molding specialist, also providing production capacities with his company Plastika LVP.
We’ve come a long way since the first idea of the product. And we’ve made some great progress, working with some of the brightest people in this field.
With a functional prototype, we want to bring Mouzen to mass production, being capable of producing many units, with the same level of quality. This requires important investment, to create molds, prepare assembly and secure materials which usually have large MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities).
But more than that, helping us get Kickstarter funding is sharing our vision and aligning with our mission. We want to raise awareness about computer-related injuries and how to effectively prevent them. The armrest is just the first chapter of a much bigger story in the making.
Thank you for your support!

Risks and challenges
We're on a mission to eliminate the risk of computer-related injuries. Other than that, there's little risk involved with this project.
The Mouzen idea and product have been in the making for the last 3 years, with 100+ beta testers and numerous supporters from the local community. The team behind Mouzen has significant industry track record, ranging from ergonomics to in-house plastics production (Plastika LVP), and also includes complete production capabilities for all future Mouzen units.
As the company is being successfully bootstrapped by the founders from day one, most of the Kickstarter budget will go into a new industrial solution for plastic injection that will lower the production cost and allow us to produce more than one unit per hour.
Production time will be our biggest challenge, but our first backers will probably get them even before October, maybe even as early as August.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
