Hi!  

Besides us, no one that I know of vacuum seals spices or spice blends. That surprises me--seems like such a perfect solution. Fresh spices are so superior in taste and nutritional value to ones that have been exposed to air and humidity for weeks. I want everyone to taste that!  

By the way, the vacuum bags we use are free from BPA and just as important, free from phthalates and other plasticizers. 

Speaking of assuring our spices are fresh, I can't wait to tell you about our discovery of Dri-Card (next update!).
