Just got my game today in Houston, TX. Looks great and I can't wait to play it. One small issue though. The tokens are not die cut. I have just the one board of little circles and that's it. Who do I contact to get that replaced?

Bonjour, j'ai reçu le numéro de suivi de ship naked, mais lorsque je clique dessus, la page vers laquelle je suis renvoyé (DHL) m'indique qu'il n'y a aucun résultat. Je m'inquiète.

Hi. I have received the tracking number of my package. But when i follow the link, it is being written that there is no result. I'm a bit worried.

      Hope mine will arrive tomorrow.
DHL tracking shows it handing off to USPS on Saturday - about 100 miles away - but no tracking in USPS since then.
      Tomorrow... Wednesday...

Is it still customs friendly, though it is sent directly from the US to the receiver?
Or will it be sent to a hub, though tracking suggests otherwise?

My label was created at 3:21p and delivered to the shipper at 7:30p the same day. It was less than 12 hrs from label creation to the package leaving the origination shipping facility and being en route to destination. So, hopefully this ShipNaked experience will be smoother. It probably helps a lot that there was only one pledge type.

My past experience with ShipNaked left a substantial time gap between creating the shipping/tracking notice (which I received right away) and the date when the package actually shipped from their location. I think it was at least 7-8 calendar days with no movement. But I still look forward to playing this sometime in March. Hooray!

I am going to be blunt. I don't expect anything amazing from ShipNaked. In fact I would be surprised if anything made it on the shipping date on time. I speak from experience.

Woo-Hoo! I figure it may take some time to ship all (nearly) 3,000 copies out to backers, but it's great to hear that we'll be able to get Planetarium to the table soon!

      Quite exciting news !!!

I found this FAQ on Ship Naked's website. I would assume it applies to Planetarium.

How long will it take for my packages to get to their destinations?

For shipments sent from our headquarters in the US, most US packages take 3-5 business days. Most Canadian packages take 5-7 business days. Most shipments to the EU take 5-10 days depending on the destination. Most shipments to Australia and other far-flung locations take 2-4 weeks. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

For Customs-Friendly Worldwide shipments, the transit from the factory and through customs to each of our shipping depots will vary depending on where the goods are produced and where we ship them out through. Local receiving, processing, and shipping times once they arrive at a given shipping depot range from a matter of a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity of the shipments.
