@Duncan and @arkanejel the problem is the doubled possessive: "that of Earth" and "Earth's" are each a single possessive; "that of Earth's" is nonsense.

You do say "the moon" and "the sun" though, right? But you wouldn't say "the Europa" or "the Alpha Centauri". The English language is hard to break down to uniform rules sometimes. "The Earth" is perfectly acceptable.

Technically, our planet is not called "the Earth", it's called "Earth". So any reference to it should not have 'the' before it. You don't say "the Jupiter" or "the Mars". "1.6 times that of Earth's" sounds right.

Hi @stev0, it works fine for me. Anyone else having an issue?

Here is the URL, maybe try pasting it.

Not sure if you realize. The rules PDF on the main site is a broken 159kb file.

I'm really not sure what the confusion in that wording is. Planet "science-gibberish" has a radius 1.6 times larger than our planet; what's there to misinterpret?

Or maybe just "1.6 times that of Earth" :)

"1.6 times the Earth's" or "1.6 times that of the Earth". Be sure to hire a competent copyeditor before you print the cards! ;)
