@David Forby, there are 16 Final cards, just a quirk of development that we settled on 16. There is room for more.

@Game Salute - Phew - thanks for confirming!

I'm looking forward to playing this game with my 5-year-old daughter. Although by the time the game is delivered, she'll almost be 6...

I may have miscounted but Final Evolution cards. 16 listed, are there 2 more?

Sorry, "begin" may have been misleading. Continue! "Begin in earnest". All the images will be the same, the box and all cards you see are all settled, there will just be a lot more of them by the same artist!

I also hope none of the art changes (box, board, cards). They are amazingly beautiful as shown and are a huge reason I backed.

Child-friendly rules, excellent! That'll make it ideal for my niece's "board games night".

Part of the reason I backed this game is that I thought it would work well to play with my 10 year old daughter. Good to see y'all have that in mind.

It's really great to see how will this Kickstarter is going. Adding a variant to play with younger kids is a brilliant idea. I play a lot of games with my son (6 1/2 years) and this would enable me to play the game with him, without developing some house rules.

Btw, he had a look at the pictures of the game and was very excited about it - just like his father :-)

Congrats on the continued success of the campaign so far, Dann!

One quick question - maybe I missed it somewhere, but you mention the art is about to start being produced. However, on of the main factors which drew me to backing the game was the presentation of the card and box art in the Kickstarter project. How different can we expect the final artwork to be from what is presented in the project to date?
