Greetings Kickstarter Backers!

Wow, what a week it has been! We are pushing hard towards the finish line and we are almost there. The fulfillment process has gone slower than we hoped, but we have heard from our fulfillment partners that all orders are expected to ship by early next week!

Thank you for sticking with us and for providing so much encouragement! We have heard from so many of you and have been blown away by your support.There are a few more orders to ship, but progress has been steady since the 2nd wave of shipments began. I know that supporting Kickstarters can be frustrating at times, I have been on the other side of these myself. But you have been there for us since the beginning. Thank you!

      @Beast - It depends on what you ordered. Some sizes were done before others, etc. I think maybe I saw that we were done before black, etc.

      was 1 of the 1st 24hr specials and have not received any notice of shipping
      was shipping done by region?
      certainly not by when I joined this KS

      Got Mine! But what's with the Card Separators being too tall to fit in the box? The video didn't show that problem. Did I get some other size of cards than I was supposed to?

      Leigh, I wouldn't be concerned about not receiving a tracking number.

      In my case, I received a tracking number two days after the box arrived.

      Now, I wait patiently for the rest of my order.

      The tracking numbers seem to be going out within a few days of receiving the stuff, so i'd say no need to worry. i haven't received anything either. I'd be concerned if in a week we still haven't received anything.

      Got mine yesterday. Oddly enough my appreciation of the contents was not diminished by the apparently minuscule amount of retail customers (or the larger number of Kickstarter backers) who received their BitBoxes before I did.

      Maybe if this was the only thing I had to look forward to in my existence then I could see getting bent out of shape, but they provided what they said they would and even (gasp!) explained the timeline of the production and shipping in detail.

      Look, the thing that ticks me off is the bad communications. I look at a couple other ones I'm backing right now that are even further behind - Nemo's War and Exoplanets - and I want them but I'm not complaining. Why? Because the creators are being completely transparent and honest. The Harvard Business Review lesson here is that people sniff out disingenuous communications and react according. It's one of the creators rules in the TOU - be honest. When confronted with evidence that they're being less than honest, we have received communications that just ignores that. Be honest. Bill Trammell of the doomed Catan Seafarers board was completely honest. I never got my Seafarers board, but I respect him for his integrity. That's what KS people should strive for.

      @kc2dpt: I too am tired of the whining. I don't think they have to let us behind the curtain of shipping that much, just let us know they're shipping. However, they've had two people in the comments order after they said "it's a rarity, shouldn't happen anymore". It's bad form in any KS to fulfill retail before you fulfill your KS Backers. Interestingly enough, not a single person in comments who ordered retail has received a response that the order can't be sent until after the KS Backers are complete.

      @Philip, I expect why you are being ignored is because you are ignoring them. They addressed the issue of web orders being filled first but you continue to ack like they haven't. Orders are continuing to be filled but you act like they aren't. You are going to get your order. Stop whining already.

      Wow. In light of everything that has been said you guys continue to side step and dance around all of our concerns. We ask specific questions you ignore them. We get upset when we hear about regular web orders getting filled first and you give us reviews about your product. You might as well be flipping all of us that are left off. We've given you our money, our trust, and our support and you've given some of us our products and the rest of us a bad taste in our mouths for this project.
