Shipping out 5000 packages and some were bound to be lost or misplaced by USPS. We are giving the postal service until next week to find the packages and get them delivered. This should allow 2-3 weeks from the last ones that we shipped, which should be enough time to reach any destination. Any that aren't delivered then will be reshipped. So if you haven't received it after next week, send an email to email@example.com with your name, full address, and which rewards you selected.
I also live in California and I have yet to receive the Une Bobine despite submitting the survey on July 2nd. =[ Is there something wrong? I was (still am) excited and anxious to be able to use this product. I have sent a message through the support page as well. Any information would be appreciated.
Any idea when I will get my 6 Une Bobine? Live in California.

We have shipped all rewards that had submitted the survey by the date we started shipping. There are about 10 surveys we received in the last 2 weeks that will be shipping this week. There are also 130 that have not submitted the survey yet that we will begin contacting this week. If you did not receive a shipping notice, please submit the contact form on our website, which will automatically place you in our help desk ticketing system to track down the status.

Kai - this is out office. We have a bin of 5-10 that got returned undeliverable late in the week. We will be sorting through them to get them reshipped (after verifying the addresses) early next week.

I still didn't get mine yet. :( I got the email and tracking number. According to the tracking number it has arrived already at Cuyahoga Fall, OH. But I live in California. :(
Mine are working great with my iPhone & iTouch, which stand nicely at attention when plugged in. I'm glad I got a regular & a mini so I can use different ports on my computer.
I got my bobines and they are fantastic. The onyl thing is i do not have an adapter that fits the Galaxzy nexus really well. there is a gap and the phone moves around slightly and i worry that it might do damage to the phones usb port. Any thoughts thanks other than that this is awesome!!!

I was able to track the international shipping. While it is in the US, we can track it via USPS tracking web site. Once it arrives the foreign country, it can be trackked the corresponding national postal service's website. I was able to track it in Turkey via ptt.gov.tr for example.
