Almost everything is shipped...but be patient

The cards are at the printer—and should be here in a couple of weeks—we printed all of the shipping materials—so I know we confused several of you—for that we apologize. Have no fear—we have your orders ready tom pack as soon as the Maladies arrive.

The only exception is the metal books—Myrna, our custom book binder, is in Europe until December—the steel books will be done when she gets back, but the balance of the super-premium steel book orders will ship separately.

I just received the maladies cards, but none of the books. Could you please enquire whether the books were sent?

Have the malady cards arrived at the warehouse yet?

Yeah, colour me extremely irritated as well - after waiting so long for books I now find that I've got a customs charge (as yet undetermined as I have yet to receive the letter from Royal Mail) to pay - frankly, to pay this amount of money for the pledge and then postage to find that's not all... seriously uncool (and easily avoidable by marking the package as books!!!) I am hoping that I will be able to appeal the Customs Charges. @Simon, there is a form on the UK GOV website that you might be able to use to claim back part of your £40 if you've kept the despatch notes, etc.

Great to receive the book, but what a shock having to pay an extra £40.85 in shipping. There must be a better way to label packages for export to the UK to avoid these extra costs.
