I guess it would get too expensive, but wireless (QI) charging would be awesome! Nexus 4 and some Nokia phones are already supporting it. Although, maybe it would interfere with the wireless music thingy. =)

@Arnold: There is no problem to include an addon top cover. We will post an update with the new accessories (connectors kit, addon cover) soon. Thank you!

And an add-on top cover for people that prefer the original clean design.
IMO the front grill make it look just like any other speaker, take away the discreet, smooth and clean design.

We are studying a removable charging connector so you will be able to switch between, iphone 30pin, lighting, micro usb, mini usb. Stay tuned!

Will there be an option to not have an idevice charging option? I liked the simplicity of the old design. Seems more universal that way.

I'd like to see an option for usb charging too - I have a android phone and I'd rather there was a standard size USB socket to plug standard phone charging cables into - that would support all new phones rather than constraining it to apple devices. That would preferable to the dock style that is suggested by the pictures of the new design... Especially since the phone seems best placed flat on the top to transmit the audio from the speaker.

Since the update with the iPhone charger, will there be an option for a mico usb charger as well?

Will the Bluetooth be able to make pairings using the NFC. Using the NFC to pick up speaker frequencies is innovative, didn't know it could do that.

Seen, bought! It's simply amazing, can't wait to have it!!1!1!

Nice! Must have missed it, it's right there on the page. Thanks for a great Kickstarter!

@Niclas Andersson: Infact! Freakvibe has both line input / output 3.5mm headphone jack. You can already connect freakvibe output to your home teather :))

    12. Niclas Andersson on October 26, 2012

One thing that would be cool, is if there were a RCA output or 3.5mm headphone jack. That way you could plug it in to your receiver or speakers! I'm sure the sound quality is great on the Freakvibe, but bigger is better right? =)

      Thats great one! Thanks, Vittorio!!!
      Just 3 questions:
      1) What about the dimension?
2 )What about Li-On Rechargable battery - how long it will play music?
      3) Can you upload pic of aluminium one?

Wohoo, I'm number two! Actually thought about buying a bluetooth speaker for my phone today. I'm glad I didn't!
