You've helped us reach our goal of £36,000!

Thank you so much for all of your continued support, we couldn't have done it without you.

However, it doesn’t stop there. We want to give you an even better speaker than what the FS-X already is. That’s why, in addition to our first stretch goal (water & dust resistance), we’ll be introducing another stretch goal over the next few days.

What can you do to help? You've already helped us out a lot, but sharing this project on your social media channels will do a great deal in making sure our speaker exceeds its current capabilities.

Copy this link for easy sharing: http://kck.st/1k6wpOZ

And don’t forget to use our handle @Frankenspiel, if you're connecting with us on Twitter.

Stay tuned for more updates coming soon.

Thanks again,

The Frankenspiel team

      Congrats! Woot, woot! ;-p

@ Raimis, why is a detachable battery necessary when the internal one lasts 50 hours? Also, have you read the reasons about why the speaker's sound/component design? It sounds like the FS-X needs it's current setup to improve the sound as a result of their proprietary components. Chaging the air gap will decrease the sound quality in this case, unlike most other speakers. Also, the outer shell won't have any bearing on the sound quality, but the cube shape is what matters most. The company explained their design thoroughly on their KS page . . . though, we are still waiting on sound test charts, comparisons, further sound explanations, etc.

@Edgar, I have been composing my suggestions to post soon . . . and that's one of them! Great minds think alike!

@Erik, As I've said before, I totally agree that the BT needs Apt-X . . . or better would be best! I want to use these with my Pono (which this company backed), and I want the FS-X to maintain Pono's sound quality, not decrease it!

Please make aluminum enclosure as it will make speaker sound well. Also, separate air gap between speaker and components inside. Other idea would be detachable battery on the back

Only one thing will be relevant : Upgrade the old Bluetooth to support Apt-x (wireless sound in CD quality) as it is the (minimum standard today...
