Revised shipment with upgraded OS
We have had to wrestle with a dilemma; we don’t want to just deliver, we want to deliver well with a product that will be relevant in years to come.
While we have experienced excessive delays and issues with our partners, it has given us time to do what we do best; develop and design outstanding music technology. This continued research and development effort has led to a series of new products which have new and improved operating systems, offering new levels of listening experience.
So, why does this matter to you?
We have always promised that the FS-X would not be an orphan product. If we release the FS-X without updating to our new OS, you will get left behind.
It is paramount that we deliver not just an outstanding product but one that will be compatible with our forthcoming App and products launching towards the end of this year.
What we offer is a dramatic improvement. Not only will you have access to advanced, compatible HiFi with improved hardware, your rewards will harness intelligent software removing barriers in use cases, for a social and better connected world.
When will this happen?
We have developed a platform internally for fast-track development. While this project has been challenging, we will now be able to deliver future products in rapid succession.
There are no reasons why we shouldn’t be able to deliver in early September 2016. We are already working to upgrade the new OS and we have everything in place for a smooth shipment that will be free of error.
Is it worth the wait?
Yes. We are doing everything in our power to deliver an FS-X that will keep on giving. An FS-X that is more advanced than any other music speaker on the market today. An FS-X you can use for years to come that will continue to improve with our new App and future products. For us, that is more important than the damage and costs we will have to absorb by delaying the final batch one or maybe two more months.
What about those who have already received their rewards?
At the appropriate time, we will recall the first batch with prepaid couriers to offer a free upgrade to our new system; a system built for the future that won’t get left behind.
