First batch delivered! User guide & final batch
Thanks to those in the first batch who have reported their deliveries and tracking numbers in the comments section. We would love to hear how you are getting on with your new FS-Xs so please let us know if you have not already!
The first batch has been a vital step towards refining the supply chain and testing our delivery routes. We have tested all areas of Europe, including some rural areas of Russia. There have been no extra duty costs, damages or lost items reported. We are confident with our supply chain and we are pushing towards shipment for the final batch, although, we will be getting more hands on deck in order to expedite the process.
We would like to remind those who have received their rewards to read the USER GUIDE carefully and to charge each FS-X for at least 2 hours before first use.
Before connecting, turn on your power source to apply power to the FS-X. If LED is red, this indicates not fully charged. If flashing red, indicates low battery charge. Upon first set-up, we recommend charging each FS-X for at least 1 or 2 hours (even if it is not flashing red).
After connecting with your device, you can also check battery remaining.
CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS
We understand some of you need to change your address. We have re-opened BackerKit to allow one more change of address.

Those of you who have received your rewards or who have rewards in the post, you will notice you are marked as ‘SHIPPED’.
Those who have not received your rewards and are in the final, bulk batch, you will notice you are marked as ‘ANSWERED’.
If you are one of the few marked as ‘NOT ANSWERED’ please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note: In case of an unsuccessful delivery, if you are in a situation where you cannot guarantee a neighbour can accept (or sign for) your rewards please include a contact number. Our postal partners will then be able to contact you to arrange a redelivery.
