Finalising logistics

Hello everyone,

We are still in the process of finalising the logistics and updates. We have experienced a few days slippage from our shipping estimates to our warehouse locations but nothing that would cause a delay in the final delivery to you.

Packaging

Every FS-X unit will be packaged in a protective box within the outer packaging. This is to ensure maximum safety when transporting your speakers.

The packaging will have an Apple-esque look and feel and will be printed with our logo on the lid.

FS-X User guide

We have been working on some documentation that will be of interest to you, the FS-X User guide. This is a detailed document with a clear explanation of how to operate your FS-X. To view, click on the button below:

Change of address deadline

The deadline to change your address has now passed and we will not be taking any more change of address requests.

To view your current address and details, please login into your BackerKit profile.

Your next update will be no later than a week from now, Wednesday 4th November.

All the best,

The Frankenspiel Team

@Gustav not only will it not arrive before 2016, it will never arrive. Come on guys would you not just take photos in your warehouse to prove you have the stock, of course you would. I have uploaded an image which tells a story here https://www.dropbox.com/s/vp7t39msn6suxz4/Screenshot%202015-10-30%2014.32.02.png… it will be available for 7days.I know most of you think I am being unreasonable against Frankenspiel, but I can show you more evidence that they will not arrive than frankenspiel can show that they will arrive, and they supposedly have the stock.

"a few days slippage" in a single week is like 40-100%. Which is actually pretty good for Frankenspiel that is usually off by several thousand percent when it comes to time estimates.
The only expected thing is "unexpected" delays.
No way I will have my units before 2016.
You have to be aware that the one thing you can't do is keep a deadline.
      Also.
      PHOTOS! PHOTOS, FFS!

Is it just me, or did they actually forget to put in the manual how you can put the FS-X in dual mode ? It's not mentioned in the power up chapter.
And what is this about a design studio in Milan, Italy ? What design, it's a square box !

For anyone wondering what's inside the sole lonely white box...

It's the crushed dreams of Frankenspiel backers :)

Turns out they pack down quite small, handy!

It's good to see documentation, but a picture or two would help there as well.

Jeff, when is a plain white box not a plain white box? When it's Apple-esque. I guess we can all relax now.

The surprise will be if they actually arrive. Because... My prediction is that the next update will be "an unforeseen delay with our shipping facility" or "units stuck in customs so an unfortunate delay" or "have to transfer by boat because units contain batteries... So an unexpected delay"

I would have to agree with Jeff... Would it kill you guys to show the actual speaker and packaging.... or at least how the trims turned out and the final units look. Or is it so we can be SURPRISED!

On a second note.. months of asking for photos and what you provide is a photo of a white box. A single white box.

Delays? Slippage... shocked.. shocked I am.. I can't even imagine.. I mean this whole project has been perfect
