Airways Airlines needs your help. New passengers are flooding in. It's up to you to get them to their destinations before they get too angry and complain. If we get too many complaints, we'll be shut down.
Now Boarding is a cooperative boardgame for 2-5 Players which plays in 30-60 minutes. Each player has their own airplane they will be using to pickup and deliver passengers. Every round, more passengers show up. Players will need to plan together to make sure everyone gets picked up and taken to their destination on time.
Things get crazy when the timer starts. Players have 30 seconds to take their turns – AT THE SAME TIME. Not only that, but new passengers show up right as the timer starts, throwing a wrench in your plans.
Each player has their own unique route only they can take. You'll need to use these routes frequently to save precious travel time. But doing so requires tricky passenger handoffs and coordination between players.
As players deliver passengers, they earn money that is used to upgrade their planes - allowing you to fly faster and carry more passengers.

We have partnered with the developers at Dino Polo Club to bring you Mini Metro! Mini Metro is a minimalist subway simulation game about designing efficient subway networks. The player must constantly redesign their line layout to meet the needs of a rapidly-growing city. Wok Star was my first boardgame and I'm bringing it back for the fans. This will be a new 3rd edition of the game. Like Now Boarding, Wok Star is a realtime cooperative game for 1-4 players. Players are members of the Wang family, trying to keep their Chinese restaurant in business. Each player has a unique responsibility - ingredients to prepare, and recipes to serve. And you only have 20 seconds to serve each customer.
I'm mixing the best elements from the first two editions, and adding some new, modern mechanics. I want to keep it's identity as a game, but tweak a few things to keep it dynamic. There will be more paths to victory via new investments, each with their own risks and rewards. There are more ways to use your dice and deal with bad rolls. And of course it’ll keep the great art and fun sense of humor.
- Coordinate "Grocery Runs" that allow all players to reroll use their dice again.
- Go fancy and add new ingredients to your dishes allowing you to make more money.
- Earn "Hustle" which allows you to manipulate dice in a pinch.
It will come in the same size box as Now Boarding, 6”x9”x1.5” It'll have sandtimers and a timer app. Check out the new tiers that include copies of Wok Star.
Tim here - Now Boarding started 10 years ago as a videogame (nowboarding.us). My friend Tom Mason and I wanted to be indie game developers. We came up with a quirky time management game that captured the craziness of running an airline. It's been a crazy journey since then - working at game studios and recently going full time making boardgames. So now it's back, converted into a boardgame that still has the interesting routing problems, angry passengers, time pressure - but now you have your friends to help!

Risks and challenges
I will be working with my established partners for printing, shipping and fulfillment. I've worked with them during my previous Kickstarter campaigns for Paperback, Burgle Bros, Fugitive, and Hardback. If there are any manufacturing issues I will address them.
