Dear Backers,

We are thrilled to announce our most exciting news yet. Announcing funding from Samsung Ventures and immediate support of Lighthouse! This really wouldn’t have happened without each of your support, so first things first, we want to say a huge thank you! 

What does this mean for you?

The investment from Samsung Ventures will bring FOVE both additional capital and technical support to enhance the completion of our hardware production. The investment will also enable Team FOVE to support the Valve Lighthouse positional tracking solution, as well as OpenVR without the need for the stretch goal.

As of today, FOVE will absolutely pursue integration of Lighthouse regardless of whether we hit our $700k stretch goal or not.

First and foremost, this is for you, our dedicated community, to ensure that we provide you with an exceptional VR experience from day one. Consider this one of many things we’re excited to bring to our amazing community, and look forward to more as we near the end of our Kickstarter campaign. If you’re as excited as we are, share the news!

      Wow, simply wow!
      The only thing that might this campaign slow down are technical difficulties. They cost time and money, and *bang* Oculus has it'd V2 ready - now with eye tracking and cameras for the surrounding...
      So please hurry up, I can't wait for this campaign to successfully happen :))
