FOVE levels up! Announcing our $500,000 Stretch Goal
Dear Backers,
Whoa. $400,000 raised at 160% of our Kickstarter goal is nothing to sneeze at. Thank you so much to all who helped us achieve this! To celebrate this momentous achievement, we’re happy to announce our first stretch goal!
At $500,000 raised, we’ll be extending one of FOVE’s demos into a full-blown minigame. Say it with us: “Yessssss!”
We want to give you the opportunity to choose, so what gets you most excited? An eye-contact based RPG minigame? The ability to shoot things in space? A horror game? Or our Cyclops game? Leave us a comment on Kickstarter and let us know. Additionally, all source code for the game will be released as part of FOVE’s SDK. Get excited!
Want to keep up with FOVE? Here’s what we’ve been up to:
- Answered your questions on Reddit in an Ask Me Anything (AMA)
- Interviewed with tons of press such as Road to VR and Engadget
- We’re preparing for our demo booth at E3 2015 (Tweet us if you’re going!)
We have so much more we’re excited to share with you, including even more upcoming stretch goals that we know you’ll be excited for. Stay tuned.

I think the game's environment based on the real world such us some people will be changed the enemy by FOVE must be very cool. We can play the game use FOVE anytime and anywhere.

Tough choice, but I think horror game would be the coolest use of the tech.

I would like to see a horror game that uses eye contact with the surroundings changing the more you look at them.
