As there are so many factors involved in an official release date, We cannot guarantee an exact release date until nearer the time. What we can guarantee is that our crowdfunders will be the very first to hear the new tracks and will get a pre-release preview well before the official release.
All we ask is that you do not share it online as it is a preview.
We plan to record in August and then release track 1 some time in Autumn, ( It takes 8-10 weeks to get all the promotion and distribution lined up to release a track) and track 2 sometime in Jan/Feb. We spread the release dates to get more airplay for each track.Last updated:
We will do our very best to stick to our estimated delivery dates, but for some rewards (see House gig, or Peaks walk or Backing Vocals) please bear in mind that we are an active gigging band booking gigs up to six months in advance - so we will have to find mutually convenient times or gaps in both our schedules to book or deliver some rewards that fits in around our gig schedule. In all cases, we will keep you updated and do our very best to accommodate your ideal datesLast updated:

Please message us to arrange the House gig.
Location. We will travel anywhere within a 50 mile radius of Sheffield. Over 50 miles and we ask for a contribution to our petrol. We have friends all over the UK we can stay with but if your house is not near them or too far to drive home that night, we might need to discuss where we could stay - we have sleeping bags and the floor is all cool!Last updated:
We plan to record this with you before the August Studio recording. Please feel free to DM us so we can explain exactly what is required and so that you know what you are getting.
We would be recording the vocals at a fantastic studio called Practice Sheffield, but we may be able to come to you to do this, but we can’t guarantee this if it's a great distance and as time is short. However, we will happily consider any proposal you may have
So the song 'Out of Time' chorus has a simple backing vocal, with a line we want to get other voices shouting/singing. Nice and easy, no singing skill required, only downside is you'll be humming it all day after the session!Last updated:
The box head is a special piece of FloodHounds memorabilia.
We hand built a group of crazy light up robot heads for our artwork and music video for Wide Awake.
Watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hWEOCUWqxQE
We only built 3 and we can only bear to part with 1 of them. So get in quick before it's gone.
The Box Heads have also been featured in this promo video of one of our gigs for Cafe Totem, one of the coolest Sheffield venues… so you could say it's now become part of Sheffield musical history - well that’s what we are saying anyway! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9GzL2ooiLwLast updated:
