Hi guys,
Reposting this for those who may have missed it: the shipping process is still happening; tracking information is sent automatically via email as soon as an order is shipped. We get that this is getting repetitive, but you can be sure that you will receive your order and it will be worth the wait! With that being said, we hear you, so we will prepare an update with more info on the shipping process.
Again, most of those who commented below should have received their orders (or at least their tracking numbers) by now. If you've asked about your order and received it (or your tracking info) in the meantime, feel free to follow @William's example and comment about it! This would help to reassure those who still haven't received their orders.

Would be really intereresting to know what the real problem is. Why are some people getting their Findsters? Is there a lonely guy sending each package by hand? Even then, 1681 packages shouldn't take this long to send. Or are the quality issues so severe that you send a batch at a time and wait for feedback? I really hate the fact that the team doesn't really level with the people who funded the whole project. Or are you just going to post a comment saying you're sure you will conclude the shipping by the end of June...

There's a pattern starting to form on Kickstarter. When projects start to experience challenges they go dark on their backers. Instead of perhaps over communicating, they shutdown and provide zero timely updates.
This is a reflection of immature management.
Hey Folks....provide updates - good or bad at least your backers are kept in the loop.
For the record, I've received nothing - no product, no update - zilch. Not good!

Still waiting for any confirmation that my order is being processed as the last email I received was for Christmas delivery, it is now coming to June and still nothing. Looking at the comments it looks like the majority of backers haven't received their units.

I am backer number 24 out of 1681- meaning I was among the first who supported this project. I still don't have it. Many people have made this comment for the findster team, and I'll echo it- please post UPDATES not comments. That way supporters like me don't need to log in every week for 6 months to see if you've made progress on shipping. Also- it would help if you were more specific- like shipping complete to the US, or still working on orders 1-500. Something, anything.

As you know, we planned to finish the shipping process in April. However, we faced some problems (related with quality control) which caused a slight delay and prevented this from happening. We have now solved this matter and so the process should be concluded this month. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this period!

Ended up getting mine a few days ago. Only tested it out once. Gps refresh is pretty infrequent but I didn't expect real time. The straps for attachment are garbage but I'm working on figuring out another solution. Also wish the Radar feature was back in the app functioning.
Had trouble powering off the guardian module and it stayed on for days and died when i really needed it. 7/10 for now until i figure out more about it, probably only going to go up from there.

Christmas are gone long time ago.

So, no Mail, no Update and no product delivered. Dog got still his gps trackingsystem with a monthly fee, but at least that got delivered and does its job. Hoping for the best. Another Bad kickstarter xp.

Christmas has gone, Aaster has gone, actually the dog has gone (passed away on thursday) and now the month april has nearly gone ("...plan to have everything shipped this month"...)
I made my order on November 23th (2016!!), 158 days ago, supporter 1717 ...
I heared a lot of "you will get an automatic shipping info" and "it will be shipped until ..."-status updates.
I am sorry, but to be honest, it somehow starts to ring hollow...
So please (!!!) give the other guys and me a last and binding status information:
- Will we ever get our Findsters?
- An when?
- Or should we better buy an alternative and say goodbye to our money?

I also have no sign of mine... an actual posted update explaining delays would help. Comment replies are good and all, and delays happen, but no official update in months does not inspire confidence.

I'm in the same situation
filled everything the minute it was sent.
now the job of shipping and updating us about delays is for the creators.
at the moment they are failing this miserably
you can't hide the fact there are delays, as we all have watches and calendars.
a more candid approach is prefered in these situations, there can be delays, just update us accordingly.
not answering and/or avoiding the problem will make a lot of people not back your future projects.

Well, still waiting here, too. "Shipping for Christmas, wink, wink"... Perhaps I should have asked for which year. Survey had been filled in within the hour after receiving the email back in December. It is a pitty... And there would have been a great project to work on with over 30'000 Trackables involved - per year!
