Jasmine - mine broke sadly, after just a few months of use. Noise cancelling mikes failed and now you can't listen with noise cancelling on without hearing a hissing sound in the right ear. The 'leather' on the headband has fallen off as well. A colleague of mine has had the same issue as me. Fortunately they still work, but without the noise cancelling, which was superb by the way. The headband issue can easily be solved with some glue. I had to buy a pair of working noise cancelling as I cannot listen to music without it now. They were good while lasted and I doubt I will get any kind of support or customer service even if I send them an email. Pity because they were really great and noise cancelling was better even than my current, more expensive pair.
Update: I freaking love these headphones. The only complaint I can possibly conceive it that they are on ear and not over ear headphones and that the "hello fiiil" option has trouble understanding me

Evan, I think that problem is deeper. Headphones is raw. And project is die.
Same situation as Oleg. I have sent several emails to firstname.lastname@example.org and have received no responses. I have posted an update on their Facebook page where other comments have shared similar stories about the same problematic customer service. Hopefully FIIL will respond soon and right their wrongs.

Generally, I'm pretty happy with the headphones. However, the motion sensor no longer seems to be working. It worked the first few times I used them, but now the music continues to play when I take the headphones off. Does anyone have any suggestions? Berg, can this be addressed in an update? (Already toggling the setting in the app but didn't resolve the problem)

does anybody have trouble with fill app? I can't play music in local mode when I connected my diva with app. Besides, I can't login by FB, just by guest. Before, there is a update version, but still have fault. I remove and set up again. But now, no update version and still trouble. Bluetooth mode is fine.
@FIIL I am very happy that you are finally responding to your backers' messages. But what about those of us still waiting on refunds? Are they coming soon?

Hi, my touch controls stopped working. I sent you guys an email a few days ago but have not received a response. Please help.
Received my headphone back but with one hiccup. My original one was black but I got back Red. I'm fine with it. I don't want to send back and wait again, although this package surprisingly arrived at my office without any notification from your side.
Love the headphones, although two things really bug me:
1) Battery life - under no circumstances can I get the 30 hours (or 20h in NC mode). It's more like 20 (13 in NC mode).
2) Connection - it fails to connect to my MacBook Pro Retina (late 2013). It connects but disconnects in couple seconds.

Dear Berg - There is low continuous beeping sound when I was changing or running music from local storage. It is just like harddisk beeping sound from those old computer. That is not normal, right? The beeping sound was louder when sound cancellation function is switched off.
Can somebody please get in touch with me the customer help here is awfull

Hi! I can't register my headphones with fiil app. When i place that serial number from the box or scan the qr-code it shows this window with something in chinese and then ok box which closes that window. Before it worked but i changed my phone and now it gives me this problem..
