  I still have no headphones. I still have no tracking number. I still want my refund over the headphones. Seems like a load of garbage you're serving. Customer service? It isn't that hard. There's less than 300 of us... You guys are criminals with the bait and switch scheme.

  Thank you for your support for the Carat Pro project. Please accept our sincere apologies for keeping you waiting for so long.
  We appreciate that some of you also backed the Diva Pro before. We hope you enjoy the headphones, and perhaps understand how critical we are with our products. So far, we are not satisfied with how the sport modules in Carat Pro perform despite FIIL engineers’ relentless optimization and tests. We are sorry to inform you that we have to delay the project and spend more time reevaluating our molds, materials, app features, etc. Therefore, we would like to offer those of you who backed the Carat Pro a refund and suggest you wait till Carat Pro is listed.
  We will think a way to make it up for you. Please give us more time and we will prove to you FIIL is worthy of your support.
  The non-pro Carat model would be shipped in May.
