Chug a horn of mead, don your helm and prepare for battle in this quick paced 2-6 player game of hoofticufs. Choose your llama, equip them with items of power, thunder into the fray, win the initiative, dispatch your lessers, loot their treasure and vye to be the last llama standing!
Player Count: 2-6
Play Time: 20-40 Minutes
Valhallamas is played in 2 phases. The first is the draft in which you will select your combatant. The second is the battle to be the last llama standing.
A 4-round snake draft in which each player will select a llama, a helmet, a blessing and their starting hand. The cards you pick affect your maximum Health, maximum Vigor and two special effects each player has for the fight.
Players will roll-off to determine who goes first each round.
On their turn a player can draw 1 Battle Card, play 1 Battle Card and/or discard 1 Battle Card. Do all of them! Do none of them!
Each Battle Deck contains a different mix of the 11 main Battle Cards. The Battle Cards can do four things.
Track Health and Vigor by moving the corresponding gems on and off your card. This allows easy visibility to when your foes are nearing their end.
If you defeat another Llama you get to plunder, taking their die and choosing if you want to take their Helm or Blessing.
Players proceed to kick, bite, stomp and spit until only the victor remains.

“Vahallamas displays a deceptively basic exterior, but don’t be fooled, this game packs a lot in just a short stack of cards! With its quick turns and easy rules you’ll be spitting, biting, and kicking your way to Valhalla in no time! After playing just a few rounds, building card combos, and cracking up at every llama pun, I only wanted more! Don’t pass this up!”

We are coming to you, the wonderful people of Kickstarter, for 2 reasons. First, and probably most obvious, is the manufacturing of the game. Second is paying our artist, Devon George, for the second round of art. We were able to pay out-of-pocket for the first round of art to show how amazing this game will look, but we need your help to complete it.
Risks and challenges
We feel very confident in delivering this game if funding is secured. We have successfully delivered a game to market before. That game shipped slightly over schedule, but will be able to take the knowledge we gained about the process and manufacturing close to the holiday season to keep this project on track.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
