Artwork in your hand every day.
We're proud to introduce our latest creation, the EXOvault Mouse!
The EXOvault Mouse is a high-performance, wireless Bluetooth computer mouse precision machined from aerospace grade 6061 aluminum and premium hardwood that has been designed to provide a more beautiful user experience.
Machined from solid you will want to take it apart to see the beautiful details.
EXOvault believes every day objects can be art. We have made a sculpture you can hold and use everyday.
The functionality of the EXOvault mouse will be state of the art. We will use Omron switches for the buttons and PixArt sensors for both the scroll wheel and main movement tracking. We will have three channels of communication with 2.4g and Bluetooth. The PixArt sensor will track on almost any surface, including glass. It will track up 40 inches per second, 10g of acceleration and up to 3000cpi resolution. Your EXOvault mouse will have brains equal to its beauty. Our scroll wheel will be optically tracked you will experience no jumping while scrolling. Your scrolling has never be so smooth. This mouse will contain a rechargeable lithium ion battery that can charge via USB.
Our mouse is completely ambidextrous with two main buttons and two side buttons.
EXOvault is a tiny team of craftsmen and designers based in New York, addicted to creating objects that make life more beautiful. Risks and challenges
We are working on mechanical indicators of the battery power and channel. We have been told that LED indicators would be less expensive and easier. We feel the mechanical indicators will be worth the extra work.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
