Still waiting on my bra. I filled out the survey, got a message that I didn't, but they would ship one anyway, over a year has gone by. No answer....
I pledged $150 for this company. I did not receive the bras. When I reached out to ask about it, they told me they had run out but instead had emailed me a gift card for the retail amount + $50. If this email was sent, it went to my junk mail and was erased before I saw it. I reached out to the company again in January. No reply. I reached out again today. Even if the product is complete shit, as I am reading from some of the reviews, it would be nice to find out for myself.
What a disappointment. Absolutely ill-fitting despite careful attention to measurements. Tossed it out after one use.
Absolutely terrible bras. Despite measuring myself multiple times AND having one of the skype sessions, the bras did not fit, with far too much breast tissue spilling out over the top, plus they are just not flattering, and the band rolls up (if I'm doing a repetitive motion, it will roll, snap back down, then repeat, which is incredibly annoying). Also, they barely provide any support, which I really need. I only wore the bras for maybe an hour or two per day and within a week or two, they had stretched out – and continued stretching out until they are no longer usable, unless I just want to wear one as an uncomfortable, unflattering crop top, since they sure don't function as bras. I purchased a backing option that included underwear as well, both of which styles I selected are incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, I'm highly unsatisfied and disappointed in this company's products, not to mention the subpar support I have received.

I wanted to share that this was the worst bra I have ever purchased and I am kicking myself for spending so much much and waiting so long to receive it. I measured myself get the correct size, so that wasn't the issue. The cups of the bra actually made my breasts look like torpedoes, squished from the top and bottom. Very unflattering. The pads in the cups kept shifting and could be seen through my shirt (couldn't remove them). Also the band kept tolling up. Overall, just a terrible purchase. Do yourself a favor and fine a good sports bra instead

Wow. I hated this bra from the get go and just stashed in the back of the dresser thinking I must be in the minority. Just declutterec the dresser and bye-bye expensive ugly super uncomfortable bra I never wore cuz it was so horrible.
I am thrilled to not be the only one who though this bra was horrible. But sorry we all wasted so much money.
When are you going to update the sizes in the store. I returned my wife's bra many months ago and am still waiting for her size to show up so that I can get the right one.

Yeah these bras were awful - sorry, love the idea but terrible terrible - waste of money.
How come I still have been unable to exchange my bra? I would like a refund and response please! I have never experienced such poor communication on a kickstarter project. I completely understand that you are all probably overwhelmed by the number of responses, but this is ridiculous.
Was in the back of my drawer today,and reminded of this awful bra I have stashed back there. I'd have to agree with all the comments below ... its quite simply the worst I've ever tried. Wrong size in beginning, bad communications with customer service, finally refunded (although they took back my full set and only replaced the bra - so my loss) and the new bra (redesigned supposedly since they knew the first set was so bad) is still fairly awful. feel bad throwing it out but can't find any legitimate use for it. Its hard to believe its this hard to make a bra that's decent (nevermind living up to the claims on this page). The attitude I've received back from customer service has really taken my frsutration to a new level. Good luck getting any more sales from this one ...
Wow I HATE these bras. I'm sorry but wow are these terrible. I originally ordered a size 6 following the measurements posted on the website, waaay to small. I returned the 6 and got a 7, now the band is too loose and the cups are too small. I spill out on all sides of the cups with the bonus of a saggy uniboob, and the band is on the first loops and much too loose. I typically wear a 32DDD and what these bra makers don't seem to understand is that it is possible to be smaller and have large breasts. I will never wear this bra and am beyond disappointed. Luckily they refunded one of the bras that I bought so I only have to throw away one instead of two. I'm leaving this review in hopes that a potential buyer will see this and steer clear.
Updated feedback from me. I am a true A cup who was disappointed with the fit as the cups were too big and there was some puckering of material. I was also disappointed with the black tabs showing on the beige side. As a response to feedback I was offered 3 solutions, so decided to persevere with seeing if the bras I had would ever smooth out, and be sent new bras when they revised the fit free of charge. When I got the email saying that they were selling out of the original size 1, and making them with a smaller cup size I forwarded my initial email and asked for the two bras as promised, which I received today (in Australia). I am much more pleased with these: they seem firmer, the cup size is smaller (although there is still a little bit of puckering), and they have sorted the black tab on beige issue but having dual coloured tabs sewn in, depending on what side it is. So I think they have responded to feedback and improved their product and now I am happy to have backed them. Thanks. :)
Sorry guys. I have to agree with most everyone else's comment. I am not happy with the purchase. The underwear wore out easily and is no longer comfortable enough to sleep in. I'll wear them to work but they have no support. It's a good thing I have abs. I would definitely not recommend this product to any one. I have two girls and they have them back to me on the 3rd day. I'm stuck with all 4 bras I bought. Well I think I got my money's worth because they are wearing out too. Looking to throw them out soon. Try again maybe? Going back to the other company I used to by bras from.
Hi - Is the mesh bag (the bra/box came in) a sturdy enough bag to use to wash delicates? Or is it just packaging for the delivery
These have got to be the most unflattering bras I have ever worn. I have what most would consider an "attractive" figure and these things make me look truly terrible. I don't think I even have the heart to put them in the donation bin. Don't want to make any women...especially one that may be struggling...feel worse about herself. I understand this is a business and employees could be affected by my negative comments, so I do not say these negative things without some hesitation. However, there is no excuse for this product.

I'm very disappointed in these bras. I really hoped for something better. I actually tried running in one and ended up getting cut by the sharp edge at the bottom. They don't breathe and are always completely soaked this summer. There is very little support. If I tighter the straps to get support, the strap will come loose when I'm not expecting it. I've been out with friends when this has happened and had to fake it for hours because there was no private place to go to fix it. When it comes apart, the strap always breaks free in the back, requiring me to take the whole thing off to fix. I also don't like how the dark side always shows through to the light side making it look dingy. I just want a supportive, comfortable bra. This is not it.
I had a really positive experience with customer support. They respond fairly quickly and we're always very helpful.
The bra on the other hand... I hate to say it but I'm disappointed. I followed the sizing and I have to say the band fits well but the cups are terrible. I spill out of the top even when I'm just sitting working on reports. It is not at all supportive for sport or movement. I work with kids so I run around a lot which means I am constantly adjusting the bra. If I adjust it too much the straps pop off! In the middle of working with a client my bra will come undone! I have constant uniboob and I am always adjusting my boobs in it. I do wear them everyday because the band is comfortable. But they should not have made one size fits most because I am a DD and I don't know why they think someone who is a DD cup would fit in a bra that is the same size as a C cup. I had really high hopes for this bra because of the advertisement for it and the positive feedback others had during testing. It seems like maybe this isn't the same bra they originally tested?
I would be open to trying the new improved version if they decide to go that route.

I was told that I would be refunded my $275.00. I received the following on April 7: Thank you for getting in touch with us. We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We can offer you a refund for $275.00 USD via PayPal as Kickstarter has charged your credit card, not Knix Wear. Please confirm your email address associated with your PayPal account and we can process the refund. I responded on April 8 with the information. On April 14 I received the following from Amy: Thank you for confirming your email address. We will process your refund. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us and we would love to assist you. It is now June 22 and I have not received a refund. This is complete fraud.
Okay, I sent my bra back per your request several months ago - as well as the new size I need and my measurements. I haven't heard back and no new bra in sight. Help!
The underwear are good. The bra sizes and shapes are terrible. Ill-fitting, too small despite strictly following measurement instructions. A real disappointment. I just bought 4 underwear for a ridiculous amount of money, given I am unable to use the 4 bras. Much work work to be done still if this is going to be viable.

I have to agree with all of these comments. I bought two bras and I have to say they aren't actually reversible - those black tabs are killer. Also, they feel WAY too tight. Very uncomfortable. When I wear them for even 15min the band starts rolling up as well. The worst is how unflattering they are. I've never had such a uni-boob before. Really disappointing.
I found the sizing guide inaccurate. I should wear a 5 (regular bra sizing I wear a 38DD), but I find myself spilling out the top. The cups are simply not large enough.
I had some issues with my bras, but I contacted them (email@example.com) and got a fairly quick response given how many emails they must get. I found their customer service to be pleasant and very helpful, and they helped resolve my issue. All I can say is that kindness and understanding go a long way when trying to get help from any customer service. Also, understanding that crowd funding is a way to create something new, and that also means you might be disappointed. It's happened to me, but it's part of risk of funding something you've never actually seen, or tried on, in person. For those of you waiting for responses or help, I would say your best bet is just a nice email reminding them your problem has not yet been resolved. I am sure the employees at Knix have been putting in ridiculously long days for months now and would probably really appreciate the kindness even if you are frustrated!
Just got my refund giftcard through after returning both bras. I spent the giftcard on 5 pairs of pants instead of getting trying the bras again. Their pants are actually pretty good!
I finally received the bra, and wore it to work. How embarrassing! When I first put it on, there was a bit of a unibra effect, but other than that, it seemed to fit okay. Unfortunately, over the span of an hour or two, it gradually migrated my breasts to the center, and up and spilling out of the bra. OMG Maybe it would be a good bra for someone who doesn't need a bra? But for someone older with post-nursing middle-aged soft and large breasts, it was a disaster for a conservative workplace of mostly men. And very uncomfortable, too. I had to take a break every half hour or so to go adjust my bra. What a mistake to invest in this. Can I get a refund?

the worst fitting bra I've had. Ordered based on their sizing chart and bra was way too large in the waist. I get weird flaring near the arm pits, and no coverage above the bust when bending over :(((((

I was unaware that "padded" meant "slidy conical inserts unporportional to the cup size" but now I know I guess.
